Yep. Delusional. No other description fits. BTW, please put of the stats to show he was "well below his regular season stats." I would, except for the nagging problem that it's imaginary on your part.

He will bring up the Commander game and the Giants game. Forgetting that he had no one to throw to and the oline got whooped and the D just couldn't stop anyone. Also if memory serves me right his hand was banged up against the Giants as well. If he brings up the Seattle game in the playoffs I would say we lost that game on the Terry Glenn fumble, but hey that's just me trying to be objective

Ridiculous. Cherry picking the games doesn't make your point. If not for Romo, they don't make it to elimination or playoff games. Dallas lost those games due to poor team play, not because of bad play by the QB. If you wish to see poor QB play causing playoff loses, check Dalton and Cincinnati the last two years.

This team has needed Romo to be perfect to make up for other deficiencies. Not another NFL QB has that anchor around their neck. Without him, Dallas doesn't break 4 wins in any of the last 3 years.

There's a whole lot of contradiction in this post lol..

My assumption was that he was saying "Why didn't Garrett keep on 'trying harder' in his coaching efforts when Romo returned as starter?"...Because if Garrett "trying harder" could get a Kitna-led Cowboys team to go 5-5, that same level of coaching by Garrett should get a Romo-led team to an even better record.

A Commanders fan defending a closet Commanders fan on a Cowboys board. Why these 2 hang around on a Cowboys board is. Beyond me.

You are correct. He knew what I was saying.

Dude why would you even say that about me? The team I hate the most in the whole NFL is the Commanders.

He defended the truth period.

I buy that but not the last one I responded to.

No. 1-4, leading 20-7, first down pass to Austin, Gronkowski mental mistake missed blocking Boley on weakside of defense leading to injury.

Depends on whether or not you chalk up the Giants game as a Romo loss or a Kitna loss.

There is absolutely no contradiction there. Try re reading it. The team play was poor, only perfect play from Romo would've changed the outcome in those losses.

I'm as big a fan of logic as I am a fan of the Skins lol....Plus, Jobberone always shows himself as being a smart guy, so I figured I'd throw in my 2 cents to see if it made any sense to him.

Without Romo in 2010, the Cowboys went 1-5 in games in which they did not get at least 3 takeaways.

That same level of coaching has gotten the Cowboys to 20-21 with Romo when they did not get at least 3 takeaways.

Romo is the "only reason" the team was able to be in elimination games...but the team is the only reason they lost those elimination games. Romo's level of play covers up team deficiencies...but his level of play didn't cover up anything in those elimination game losses.

All the wins leading up to the elimination games are due to Romo. All the elimination game losses are due to the team.

Romo's so good he covers up the deficiencies of the team when they win. When they lose in elimination games, apparently Romo's not good enough to cover up team deficiencies.

Seriously, it's trying to have it both ways.
