I'm still waiting for you to show one post of me or anyone crying about this. Keep trolling and talking **** though. It's about as fair as losing your job to injury. I'm sure he'll get over it. You on the other hand have been crying about it for days.
I guess the cowboys PR / FO do care what Skip says.
He is doing it on TV - He is also claiming that Romo is in Jerry's ear to get his job back
And that Romo is having a tough time...
I get it but I think it's more effective coming directly from Romo. Your going to get a bunch of dodging and ducking from the others and Romo will handle it well or better than any of the others you mentioned other than perhaps Garrett. This is a mistake if he will publicly speak (and be questioned) about the team's quarterback position. Any definitive statements should be made by those in authority, either Jason Garrett or Jerry Jones. An employee, even the quarterback of the team, should not be speaking on the matter until after statements are completely and clearly given by management. Otherwise, shame on Garrett and Jones for not manning up.
Never use Skip to hammer a point on him to me. I genuinely do not like him, as a person nor as a journalist. He could tell me the sky is blue and I wouldn't give two nickels about it.

"the talk"...you mean like the birds and the bees?Romo flew to Pittsburgh in Jerry's jet.
They may have had 'the talk'.
It is not a bad thing to let Romo take the lead because he has earned it.
It does not matter what we feel about Skip as a journalist.
He is putting this stuff out there on TV
He is changing public opinions.
I would bet that PR/FO/Coaches all care, and Romo cares about what people is saying about him.
If Romo is being the good guy, and someone is insinuating that he took a private flight with Jerry to get Jerry to give him his job back, I would want to set the record straight.

If you're using Skip as your baseline for your opinions re: the Cowboys, then that tells me what all I need to know about any future discussions. lolIt does not matter what we feel about Skip as a journalist.

He should take the lead and speak first about a decision impacting the franchise? Why? Isn't that in a head coach's or general manager's job description? What's next? Romo will meet the press and announce the latest developments at The Star?
I'm curious is this year your first as a fan? Where do you live?
Romo is having a press conference today because he will be active this week and he is doing it on Tuesday so its not a distraction to the rest of the team. If you think something someone says on tv matters to him you know nothing about him. Do a little research and your own questions will be answered.

Honestly? I've gotten to the point of whatever pretty darn quick. I don't like any player, much less Romo, being put in what I would call a disrespectful position. Heck, I didn't like the unnecessary nonsense Terrell Owens was subjected to while he was in Dallas and I really really REALLY dislike that guy.I get it but I think it's more effective coming directly from Romo. Your going to get a bunch of dodging and ducking from the others and Romo will handle it well or better than any of the others you mentioned other than perhaps Garrett.
Yea, but Ol' Yeller died a beloved legend...Old Yeller was shot at the end, I hope this isn't the case! lol
"I'm here today to put to rest any rumors about the QB situation here in Dallas. Dak Prescott has earned the right to be our starting QB and I accept that. Now, some people in the locker room think Dak's only been successful because of all the steroids he takes, and others think it's because he personally deflates all the game balls every week, but not me! He's been succeeding almost entirely because he's got great talent, works hard and plays smart; that other stuff barely matters. I'm content as the backup, and I stand ready to help the team if I'm needed, though I can't imagine what might bring that about."
I have been a fan since 1976 but never lived within 1000 miles of Dallas.
I don't care to address your other points given your tone.
