Rooting for Eagles or Seahawks Next Week?

That is my point. If they were 2 games ahead, then fine. But they lose to Seattle and we beat the Bears, we are right back where we were last week. And once again, playing for the division lead when we play the Eagles.

The bad thing about Seattle winning the division is it knocks Arizona down to the wild card. And they hold the head to head to us. But they may be on their way to melting down with Stanton. I already thought they were frauds even with Palmer. If Seattle wins the West, we would need Arizona to keep losing if we have to get in via wild card.

Arizona looks like they can easily lose 3 out of their next 4 games. If that happens
and we only lose 1 out if 4, we will get the 2nd wild card. Gotta pull for us winning the division first though. If Dallas loses to Chicago, then I will root for Philly to beat Seattle to help our wild card chances.

We're giving this Seattle thing too much thought. We need them to win out and more and likely it'll be the case. Seattle beating Phi helps us if we win next two. Beating SF gives SF their 6th loss and beating Arizona will help as well since they're a sinking ship. They have KC, STL in STL, SEA (who has them figured out) and playing at SF in the finale. IMO Stanton will struggle against all of these defenses.

Ontop of that I want to see Detroit drop one of their games before the rematch vs GB.

That Det game against GB won't matter because they have 3 easy games before that...........bears, vikings, bucs

Prior to Sunday... I would have said Seahawks... now I am not so sure. I really don't like the thought of the Seahawks winning the west and they are getting really close to it now.

Actually we don't. We need Philly to lose a game besides the rematch.

We do because if we run the table. Philly or seattle lose for sure since they play each other on Sunday and we play Philly the following Sunday.

Agreed with everything you said. I would like to see Detroit lose one before GB too but it isn't likely with their cake schedule. At home vs Tampa at home vs Min, on the road vs Chicago who they smashed on Thanksgiving. The team with the best shot would be Chicago if they could get their act together for just one game but it isn't likely. Especially when they have nothing to play for. Detroit is getting the first wild card spot, we need Seattle to win that division and take down AZ. If AZ loses to KC this week which is a pick em game, that would be huge for our wildcard chances.

I sadly will be. Because at that point our hopes are super slim to make the playoffs. But I think we will beat Chicago anyway.
