Tenn just put an offer sheet out on Carr.

And in any case, Lito Sheppard is going to command a much higher pick than PacMan.

I think their point was that if other teams realize they lost out on Lito, Pacman would be their last chance to improve their cb position, and may enter the talks, and thus the bidding begins and they get more.

Not me-sure, Fasano may have stone hands, Akin has been quiet, Spears may not have lived up to being a 1st rounder, etc-but those guys have nonetheless given us DEPTH at their respective positions(and Spears is a good run stuffer to boot).
