This blurb from Roy really annoys me.
Camp Notes: Henry Weighs Safety Move
OXNARD, Calif. - Going into 2007, the Cowboys' biggest concern was shoring up their offensive line, and they did, sending three linemen to the Pro Bowl. This off-season, the team was focused on improving the secondary.
But, the defensive backfield already has three Pro Bowlers in Terence Newman, Roy Williams and Ken Hamlin, so how can it get better? Though Williams made his fifth Pro Bowl in 2008, his weakness in pass coverage showed at times. One solution to the concerns floated out there has been moving Henry to safety in some passing situations, but the seven-year veteran said he would only be open to a move after some non-football related conversations with team brass.
"It depends on situations outside of what we talk about on the field," Henry said. "My main thing is to win games no matter where they put me, but still things have to be talked about from a different angle."
During the talent acquisition phase of the off-season, the Cowboys figured the best way to max out their pass coverage would be to bolster the depth at cornerback, and they did that, trading for Tennessee's Adam Jones and using a first-round pick on Mike Jenkins from South Florida. Later in the draft, they added Boise State corner Orlando Scandrick. Plus, they made sure to lock up safety Ken Hamlin long-term. Will the off-season effort pay off?
"No matter who's in there, I like the depth that we've got," Henry said.
"We've got guys that will go in there and make plays and match-up well with any group of receivers around the league. We've got to take it to the field."
Henry and Newman agreed that an answer could be to play more man-to-man coverage to take advantage of all the first-round talent in the secondary. Earlier this off-season, Williams admitted to not being comfortable in man coverage and hoping teams wouldn't throw the ball his way.
"If I start, I start. If I don't, I don't," Williams said. "Whatever helps the team in the best situation, then they'll use me. If not, then somebody is better than me. I'm okay with that. The whole common goal is to win."
Receiver Search
With an open roster spot created by Terry Glenn's release, the Cowboys likely will sign first-year receiver Todd Lowber, who spent last season on the Giants' practice squad and also went to training camp with the Vikings. The CFL's Toronto Argonauts recently signed him to their practice squad.
If signed, the 26-year-old Lowber will fill out the 80-man training camp roster. The Cowboys currently have nine receivers, but are looking for more practice depth.

Why he is even mentioning this during TC? Shouldn't he be confident and attacking the idea that he may lose his starting job?
The last thing I want to hear from him is that if he doesn't start he's ok with it. Show me some fire in the gut Roy!!!
