I'm actally his lover, we cant get married cause he's a christian but still we have mad love for each other. I'll make sure he understands that he's a lost cause to you. I'm sure he'll take it to heart and cry himself to sleep, and then i'll have to feel bad while rubbing his back. So sad

I really don't think he even believes he should start. That's the entire point.

It is not about selflessness. This is not a player who has ever been like that. If he was, he would never have fingerpointed and been as defensive as he has been. He's hardly the epitome of a team first person, so the comparisons to Barber aren't valid.

He just seems like he's lost. And for each positive he has done thus far in camp, you read several negatives. He's going to be a challenge for Dave Campo, no doubt. And a comment like this might be a sign he's not even confident in what he can do anymore. When a player changes his number thinking it is luck, that's hardly the sign of a confident player ready to break out because he's been misused and abused.

I know I am tired of talking about Roy William's state of mind. He's high maintenance and comments like this show he's not your average personality. He has to be managed. And perhaps Campo can do it. But yes, reading into his comments now is rather pointless. It just promotes strife.

I'd rather wait until he plays again so we can see if his magic jersey works.
