The "evidence" you provided has nothing to do with what I asked for. Congratulations on posting a thread from the beginning of the season, though. That's quite an irrelevant accomplishment.
Let's see, I said "when according to some of you guys, he's been playing
great," which you tried to change it to, "Name one person who said Roy had a "
great" season", so to answer your little whine about semantics, I replied with, "Great," "good," "hall of fame worthy," "inspired," "decent," "awesome," "beastly,"
I don't care what adjective you choose, I've seen them," you asked for evidence and you got, "hes a
leader, a
very good football player," "nope .... he is a
fantastic football player (ZRIN, BTW)," "Roy Williams is a
warrior," "Roy is
ALOT better than Darren Woodson ever was," and-on-and-on-and-on."
You asked and you got it. Those ridiculous superlatives among others, regardless of when they were written, were used whether you want to accept it or not.
Parcells wasn't lying, he just changed his mind at the time. And I've never seen Belichick deny knowledge of taping the Jets. He said they did it, he just didn't know what they were doing was illegal.
Conveniently, you left out Petrino (maybe because he lied?), and besides, I said it was off the top of my head. I'm certain that every member on this board could quote at least one lie from a coach.
Besides, if it's so far-fetched, why don't you go out on a limb Adam, and tell all of us that coaches don't lie?
None of that has to do with the topic of discussion, though.
Oh, really? It was when you said, "Do you know more than they do? Oh wait, I know, they're all lying."
So let's get this right. It was pertinent when you were making a point, but when I reply to your ridiculous comment, you suddenly want to dismiss it. Typical response from you.
I'm starting to notice a pattern with you, Adam.
