We already know what's happening at numbers 1 and 2. Those two really no longer figure into the mix. Goff & Wentz are gone. What we don't know is whether San Diego will draft Tunsil and move King over to RT or take what they will consider the BPA in Ramsey.

I'm of the opinion that they will take Ramsey. It's just too tempting there at 3 to grab what most consider the best defensive player on the board. That leaves us with Zeke and makes me very happy to know that our plan B is going to be well executed. Zeke is a dynamic pro bowl caliber back that doesn't come around every year. He immediately changes our offense for the better and makes it dynamic again. The unpredictable nature of the offense that thrived with Demarco will return with some added horses under the hood. Make no mistake, Zeke is a game changer. There aren't many of those in this draft.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that San Diego goes with the sexy pick Thursday night so we can take the even sexier one right behind them.

I wouldn't bet on EE being the pick if Ramsey is gone. It's a possibility as well as Bosa or a trade down

You might want to change your profile pick (don't think that's happening anymore lol), but I am not so sure that the pick is Zeke and not Bosa (or a trade down if some team really wants Tunsil) if the Chargers take Ramsey. Though for a team that's basically on the clock, they really haven't tipped their hand at all.

What if the Eagles throw everyone a curveball and take Zeke at #2? Then that puts a QB very much into play. It may not be my signature pic but I'll take Wentz.

Now that would be absolutely funny and the Eagles fan will riot literally.

Have folks been factoring in the opposing players Ramsey or Tunsil would be facing in the AFC West at their respective positions?

At tackle Tunsil faces a veritable murderer's row of passrushers in Miller/Ware in Denver, Houston/Hali in KC and Mack/Smith(?) in Oakland. They just signed Rivers to a 4 year $84M extension last summer.

At CB or Safety Ramsey would seemingly get off much easier going against a dangerous WR corps in Denver sans an established QB, an up and coming but not there yet receiving group in Oakland with a young QB on the rise and an average receiving corps in KC with a decent QB.

Considering the investment in and seeming commitment to Rivers for the next couple of years it seems to make sense for them to invest in protecting the franchise over suring up a secondary that while being nothing to write home about doesnt seem to face the level of competition in the division that the other side of the ball would.

Just my 2 cents

They didn't trade up for a TB. I think people are starting to say this as part of their reasoning to justify why they think the Cowboys should take Elliott at 4.

Be prepared to be disappointed. Zekes not going at 4 even if SD goes with Ramsey.

Logical and makes good sense. But Ramsey has to be attractive to them. They already have King so they're not hurting for a LT. RT is kinda weak so perhaps you draft Tunsil & move King over. I just don't think they're 100% yet and Ramsey could be in play for them as well.

What's crazy was today's presser was basically the we are taking Ezekiel Elliot press conference.

If Dallas wants Elliot they are doing an awful job of hiding it.

I thought they gushed more about Ramsey then him. JG and Jerry lit up talking about him. Remember Jerry talking about him getting suspended a game for playing too hard in practice? Then the story about how we need more Dez players in practice, etc?

People read into these press conferences what they want its called projecting. I read through the different views or takes. Most read into it what they wanted to take away from it.

Zeke has about a 50-50 chance of not even being taken until the 8-13 range

That more like 100% IMO. Other wise you have to pay a RB way too much guaranteed money teams don't like to do that because RBs spend so much time on injured reserve.
