Did Moore stick with the run? The Eagles had 2 possesions in the 3rd, both three and outs. Only one called running play.

Granted, that's a small selection to make any conclusion, but if Tucker doesn't miss (twice), then the Ravens are likely up 20-14 going into the 4th.
18-14 but I get your point

Hijacking my thread a bit ......nugget on other players the Giants GM got rid of

•Xavier McKinney: A consistent Pro Bowler Schoen undervalued. Schoen never attempted to extend him during his final year of his deal claiming that “his pockets were empty” When McKinney got a top safety offer (17M/year), Schoen refused to match, opting to draft a replacement who hasn’t come close to producing a fraction of what X is doing and has done for the Giants. Today X is the runaway DPOY favorite leading the league in interceptions and leading the top defense in the league and in recent memory. •Saquon Barkley: Played hardball with the face of the franchise, tagging him and ultimately letting him walk for nothing. Now, Saquon is setting records and is the MVP front-runner for the Eagles. •Draft Misfires: Picks #5 (Thibodeaux) and #7 (Neal) in a stacked draft haven’t lived up to expectations. Thibodeaux is reportedly expected to be placed on the trade block this offseason, and Neal is unplayable. Schoen also missed on premium day 2 picks such as Cordale Flott, Josh Ezeudu, who were early 3rd round picks and reached on other selections like wandale robinson who was a projected 6th round pick and Schoen opted to draft him over a guy like George Pickens or stand pat and taking a guy like breece hall

Joe Schoen is almost in his own league of horrid drafting.

I read a stat on some football show (not certain if it's true or not) that Barkley has over 900 yards rushing in the 4th quarter. Think about that...that's well over half his entire output up to this point.

If that is a fact, it seems stupid not to keep running him in the fourth quarter. That said, don't think the eagles did jack crap in the 3rd last night.

Hard knocks will haunt the Giants for the rest of their lives.

Can't believe who the idiot from the Giants who approved the video of some of the "negotiations" pertaining to Barkley to air. I'm certain HBO was laughing at that one and couldn't believe it themselves.

Wouldn’t shock me. He’s always been a guy you run and then in the second half he breaks one off for 80.

I doubt any "smart " oc/dc would want to come here and work with jones boys, and the circus.
Plus they would be stuck with dak, lamb, and parsons, but little else.

McCarthy? Your call.......LOL

Necessity is the mother of invention.

His QB is not capable of carrying that team. Kellen's offense is dumbed down to a college offense and a simple one at that.

Even with that...the talent disparity allows for some of the easiest throws I have ever seen a QB consistently have to make. Romo eluded to it multiple times yesterday "looks easy but trust me it isn't".

I had to look it up.

Only thing I could find is so far is that this year he has rushed for 517 yards in the 1st half, and 982 yards in the second half. Still, that's freakin impressive.
Tom Landry once said Tony Dorsett was he got stronger as the game continued.

I doubt Dallas is on Moore’s “short list” of where he’d consider being a head coach.
Why????? One thing about working for Jerry is not having to worry about your GM privately throwing you under the bus when things get tough.
As stated many times, show me a coach wanted but didn't get.....

So Kellen Moore's dumb *** finally learned to stick with the run when the opposition can't stop it? That's new!!
I'll 2nd that.

Philosophically speaking, I thought he and Jason Garrett were joined at the waist.

They both used to treat a run like a wasted play.

Pretty easy to have a great OL and RB when your GM ain’t Jerry Jones.
The Cowboys have had multiple great RB and a couple of great OLs under Jerry Jones.

I get that y’all hate Jerry. He sucks. But sometimes you say whatever slop comes into your brain and you don’t stop to think “Gee, are the statements I’m about to make even hold up to the slightest scrutiny?”

Well this is the thing…you want to be a head coach you have to take on trash. The good teams are taken. That being said….that Bears job has to be enticing. But I’d put Cowboys right behind them.

Moore will be looking for a Mike MacDonald size contract. First head coaching job, Moore’s been a coach a few years less than MacDonald, is about two years younger. McDonald is paid nearly twice what McCarthy is. No way Jerry Jones is going to peel off that kind of money for a head coach. A six year deal, too, annd all NFL head coaches have fully guaranteed contracts. Cheap *** Jerry will just re-sign his Super Bowl winning head coach…assuming he can even get McCarthy to stay. Quarterbacks are not the only salaries in the NFL that are escalating.

Eagles o-line is massive and well-coached. They just wear you down until you break in the 4th quarter.
