The defense took a step back this year. Mainly because of the front seven. They need new players and I don't think Dan Quinn should be the one to pick them. His advice has been awful.

Shanahan is his own OC. DC Steve Wilks was just hired this yr from Carolina to replace Demeco.
Maybe they go after QB coach Brian Griese, lol
