So we go into this game with one of the leagues best Run defenses and the Rams come into the game with one of the leagues worst.

Well 1 little pre-snap motion that threatened the sweep single handedly ended our season by giving up almost 7 yards a play.

All these years of experience and everything else and our out of touch coaches could stop had no answers for a pre-snap motion that was causing CJ Anderson to gash us every play.

3 times now we’ve got to the divisional round with Garrett and all 3 times we’ve been dominated by either Aaron Rodgers or a run game that sent a receiver in motion causing us to give up 7 yards a carry.

How do we overcome this staff?

They want to extend Garrett too and he’s just so limited. He offers a basic brand of football and if your roster is amazing the next maybe you can go all the way if everything is perfect.

We walked into that game with a favorable matchup and left the game with the script completely flipped on us.

McVay also runs a lot of sweeps, draws and misdirection.

Linehan calls the same HB DIVE at the 1 player you don't want to run at, and expects success?

This guy baffles me with the playcalling.

In no way, shape or form does consistently running at Aaron Donald make any sense.

An offensive genius took a big look at our defense and laughed. Then just went out and destroyed it. And he did it with CJ Anderson that has been eating cheese burgers for months. LOL

Here the difference:

The smart coach (Mcvay) game plans to exploit weakness. The mediocre coach (Garret) doesn't care who we play b/c its about execution. You could see it on Zeke's failed 4th down run which was a huge turning point. Why go up the middle? That is the strength of their defense. Its almost like we have no idea that the NFL's best defensive player is in the middle of the rams defense.

Our gameplan sucked tonight. We looked like a college team against the Rams.

There's no excues for coming into this game with nothing new, no hustle, no no-huddle. We looked as uninspired as we did in the middle of the season

I felt all along t(e saints would have been a better matchup. We will just have to continue and suffer no way out of this hole pit of misery this organization has become. Really really wanted to be happy tonight and on to the the championship game...just think how happy chiefs fans are since 93 for that crap organization.

That was so bad. Here we have Joe Looney and Connor Williams vs. Aaron Donald and Suh, and we run it right at them.

Meanwhile, Zeke is guaranteed 2-4 yds on a pitch vs. LBs but we run that play twice

That 4th and 1 call was Rediculous by Scott Linehan this just one example of many the reason that I want him let go. Year's ago Tom Landry would not change from the Flex Defense and we kept losing because of the inability of not being creative enough to change and that is where Scott Linehan is at in his career. They need a younger more up to date OC so Dak, Elliott and the entire Offensive unit can take it a notch higher.

The sweep motion wasn't the issue, this is the 4th team we've played that spammed that. The Rams blocked well and our front 7 played poorly. They simply blocked it up and we had a really bad night.

We only know one way to win. That's our personnel. We really didn't have the talent to switch to southpaw. Give it up the Rams. They had very good coaching. We got punched in the mouth.. simple

Garrett isn’t going anywhere.

Come on people..we don’t have a HC like you want. We have Jerry’s boy.

The only change you will ever hope to get is from the OC and DC...that’s it.

This isn’t going to change folks.

Pick any coach you want. Get bulldozed for 273 yards rushing and you're gonna lose. At some point your guys have to win physical battles. Our defense lost tonight.

The Rams were the perfect matchup.

You just can’t account for CJ Anderson running wild over you.

We needed to shut down the run and put the game in Goffs hands. We’ve shut down the run all season. We just shut down the Seahawks who lead the league in rushing.

McVay just added a wrinkle and that wrinkle made our d line and linebackers look like amateurs for 4 quarters.

I totally agree but that’s my point. We should not be getting bulldozed but we did because of pre-snap motion that our players couldn’t adjust to.

1 coaching wrinkle ended our entire season.

I’d say it was more than a wrinkle. May take this staff years to figure it out.

This is the Rams style. Every play is full of play action, misdirections, fakes...

We were not ready for it.
We are successful when we can use our speed. McVey used this against us.

Tough night. I hate that gimmick offense.
