He doesn’t have much coaching experience, not to mention zero head coaching experience. He wasn’t going to have a chance of turning them around. They needed a highly experienced HC but I wouldn’t have given up premium draft picks for one, especially not after trading way some premium draft picks for Russell Wilson that blew up in their face.
