Should JG let Zeke try for the Eric Dickerson record?

I would, but I am a little crazy, lol.
He is a young guy he doesnt need to be rested, and I think he wants that record.

Also it is a one time only chance to do it, since it is a rookie record.
Also Dickerson said EE could not break his record !! I say he can !

It would add to his threat level if he breaks it, like being leading rusher etc.

So I say let him go for it.

When OJ broke the 2000 barrier, his OL and really whole team were behind him and wanted him
to do that.

So our OL would share in that record with EE.

I doubt they let him do it or give him enough carries, but I think it would be good for the team as a whole
to try and do it.

It's not a priority, but if he breaks a couple of real long runs in the next two games, it would certainly have to be looked at, if the number of carries can be kept down. I don't think giving him the ball 30 times a game is something Garrett would even consider. We have much bigger fish to fry.

No. Individual records aren't that important, especially given the context of the possible team goals that remain to be accomplished. Zeke has nothing to prove. I'm sure he'd much rather have a Super Bowl ring than the record. The wins are what people will remember.

Absolutely NOT... I Don't think he needs the record to validate an incredible year...

Play him normally Monday night and see if he can have a big game. If he is under a 100 yds from the record vs Philly, let him try to get it in the 1st half then bench time.

I wouldn't push him myself but I think they will let him run wild next game. If he has around 60yds by halftime against Detroit, bench time and rest up for the playoffs

I say let him get it. This franchise can have the all time leading rusher, and all time leading rookie rusher. No need to relax we have a bye week. Play to win.
Relax is the LAST word that needs to be spoken around the Star for the rest of this season.....

The easy answer is no because the Super Bowl is the goal; however, a big part of this season has been the attitudes of the young players that have refreshed the team. Getting the record would add to the atmosphere of a winning team. It's impossible to judge how much that can affect a team, but the concept of momentum is largely mental.
