While you may be right, he's still our best option if Romo goes down. The players know and respect him. As far as luck goes, l don't recall one game l ever watched where a team didn't have some luck. It's part of the game.....

one of the toughest players in the league and this is the umpteenth time i have seen one of the fans on this site call him a china doll or made of glass.

So sad. Ten years of qb play and taking every hit and getting up and this is how fans treat him towards the end of his career.

These I imagine are the same people that booed Troy Aikman at the end also.

Selfish fans who lack appreciation and understanding. I also assume the same people who have doubted him since day one will now be using this to attack him also.

I love Dak and I want him to be the future as much as anyone else. Lets be real

Ok, this is a good post and has been done before. I have him going down after the 4th game. I thought I had loss my bet last night but I am still in the game. After the 4th game Dak will be our new QB. Bash away!!:)

Fans are calling it as they see it.....To me this is on ROMO, He needs to learn to THROW the ball away....live to play another down..... he is not 21 anymore and cant out run or make defenders miss...anymore.

He needs to be a game manager....learn to use the talent around him...its their,

He is at the stage that he absolutely needs to intentionally go down MUCH more.

Peyton Manning did it for years whenever anybody had a bead on him in the pocket. There is no shame in it.

One thing is always certain. The future becomes reality eventually. Past proclamations are generally followed by announcements of 'I told you so' expressed with or without false humility, or 'I was wrong' offered from diminished self-assurance (i.e. irrelevant eating crow comments), or silence. Romo's fate, whatever it will be, won't be an exception unfortunately but it'll be interesting to read (or not have an opportunity to read) what some people will say in the future in relation to what they are saying in the present.

Yes he'll be ready....for a series or 2. He's a sitting duck and the Giants are going after a gimpy QB with a chronic back problem. They will bring the house and probably a few late hits to take him out. I'm done seeing him laying on the carpet like a wounded deer. He's a warrior but he's not right physically.

Heck so am I... All someone has to do is go to the Draft Zone and check out the threads from pre-draft and I thought the kid would a good choice... BUT that doesn't mean he's ready to take over nor does it mean Romo is ready to collect his gold watch.
 
Should Sean Lee retire? How about Roethlisberger, Stafford, Ryan Mathews,, McFadden, Bradford?
