Six Cowboys make the Pro Bowl

Tony Romo and Mike Jenkins should be there.

Man, I'm ticked off about Jenkins not making it.

Romo deserves it, too.

Someone explain that to me please.

He leads the NFC in gross yards per punt and net yards per punt.

I'll take McBriar's inside-the-20/touchback ratio over Lee's stats, but those aren't the things that get noticed (except by Sports Illustrated, which had a formula that indicated that McBriar was by far the NFL's best punter this season).

Thank you sir!

Agree!

SI had an article about punting last week and they used a formula to analyze everything (beyond just punting average). They rated all the punters and McBriar was #1!

face it. rodgers has been absolutely unstoppable this year.

Sorry, but only Eli is "unstoppable." Commercials would never lie to us.

Why? He plays in a west coast offense
Actually, when you look at it closely, he depends on YAC a lot less than Favre did with those same receivers.

I still maintain that whoever was in charge of making that commercial hadn't ever watched football and accidentally got the wrong Manning brother.

DeSean Jackson made it as both a receiver and returner. Also, it's interesting that Tony Gonzalez didn't make it. I figured he'd get in on reputation.

That's one heck of a team right there.

McBriar has been lights out. Thishas been his best punting season. When we are backed up and he is allowed to crank one, he sends up some rockets. Then when we are close to midfield, he pins them deep without many touchbacks surrendered. It is not often that one punter is so good at both things.

They should create a new category for hang-time per punt - I bet he is up there.

Man, Miles "All Smiles" Austin is about to get paid.

We will have a lot of money tied up in Wide Receiver next year.

And it is nice to see Jason Witten adding to his Hall of Fame/Ring of Honor credentials.

I figured Jenkins wouldn't get in, but he deserves to be there imo.

+1, he has played awesome, but no name recognition yet I guess.

All 6 were desevering and congrats to them. Personally thought Jenkins should have made it, but think part of him not making it might be due to the fact that he isnt a household name yet. Outside of the Cowboys family that is!

+1 again, he is easily one of our best and most consistent players, totally deserved to be in. They just hate foreigners.

I didn't see the vote, but my son said Flozell made it as an alternate...anyone know how many players from Dallas were alternates? To me that puts you in close proximity in the vote.
