Skins much easier to beat now...

Slap yourself in the face.

Your defense didn't even face the dolphins front 7. And your OFFense certainly didn't dominate ANYONE.

Slap yourself in the face with one of these...

Our offense just dominated the best front 7 in the NFL :D .

I guess this is the mantra over at ES. The RedStinks seem to be bringing it over here!! We have two that have said the same thing now...

I find it extremely funny how you guys are using last year's rankings as indication of this year's play

after watching the Dolphin D today, would you say they are a top 5 D? I certainly didn't see it

In that case, then the Dolphins offense must really suck....because they just got shut down by one of the NFL's worst defenses from last year.

He went undrafted for a reason. Does this mean he will never amount to anything, ofcourse not. Does it mean he shouldn't be your starting tackle, probably.

Teams will now game plan to attack the right side of your line, which will cause you guys to put your other lineman on an island, and force Cooley to stay in and block more.

I expect Philly to exploit this match-up next week

And Tom Brady got drafted in the 7th round for a reason.

This is the NFL... That was college. While he might have been an undrafted rookie, he is still playing at a decent level. You cant use the past to justify your claim

I'll give you the victory. Hey, I'll admit that I'll take a victory even if it was 3-0.

But you guys are over here saying you "dominated" their front seven. 200 yards rushing is very impressive. I'll give you that. But you still only scored 16 points. If you were truly "manhandling" them, then you should've scored more.....it's that simple.

And "validating" your statement by saying you gave up only "two sacks"?
Come on.....
Okay, that's fine. We'll meet middle ground. The Skins looked sloppy in the passing game, good in the running game but a win is a win so it's onto next week.

It was the 6th round....

You just lost all credibility.

Skins blow..

Ravens, Bears, SD all have a better front 7. There are probably 2-3 others that are probablyjust as good if not better. But go ahead and lie to yourself and others. ES does it all the time.

When you only have one round of the draft difference to validate something you say, then you know there is something wrong with tehre argument

if we can't run against the phins next week, it might be a long year.

Man's got a point.

Skins defense played well as did their running game. Campbell was sluggish, stats were padded a bit by that hail mary which was one of the more bizarre plays we'll see this season. It's only one game, I'm sure he'll have better games in the future.

Jansen's loss is a big blow, a dislocated ankle... wow, hurts to type.

Overall, we'll see how things go as we face the Fins next week. It's too early in the season for anyone to start pushing their chest out, to do so is laughable for either side.

6th round, And Brady didn't do anything as a rookie, and probably wouldn't have if he had the chance.

Based on what, 1 game? If he can continue this, I'll be the first to admit, you guys found a gem, but like I said it's doubtful

Skin trolls don't wait long to celebrate a win on here

no matter how pathetic it was

Is that why I don't see them very often on here?

Zack Thomas and Holiday are on the downside of their careers, Taylor isn't 100% playing with a foot problem similar to Newman's...

Heyer is no Jansen and nearly got Campbell's knee torn up in preseason when a defensive end ran around him and Campbell went down with the knee injury...

first of all, he [ stephon heyer ] was going up against ( for the most part ) against the defensive player of the year. Second, he played pretty well during the preseason also. He might not make a great starter, but he should create an adequote backup.

(not to mention we got Todd Wade waiting in reserve, who filled in well for jansen last year for jansen)

If you would have watched todays game, you would know that Thomas is not on the downslide of his career. He was all over the field and made most of the plays that he needed too.

Like I said earlier... if thats the only thing you got to say to an argument, then I got nothing to worry about ;)

Not argueing...just reading.

But, yeah, you should be worrying...your team did not look good AT ALL...!

Just go punk the eagles! If your team can do that...then I'm good to go!

Not exclusively. I don't have any game tape, but from what I saw he had plaenty of help from TE's and backs. Not to mention Taylor bounced from side to side. And once again we're talking about 1 game. Can he hold his own when teams attack him? We'll see, but count me with the doubters.

But he's no longer a back-up is he? Heyer is probably a decent option if you're talking about a week or 2, maybe a bit more, but we're talking about 15more games. It doesn't matter that he's a decent back-up, cause he'a a starter now.
