Somebody in charge (even Wade) should step up and answer this: Why is RW a starter

I would say he's starting because of everything we gave up to give him. If we don't start him, it signals that it was a bad trade and the front office made another bad decision (in spite of all the good ones).

The question is, was it as bad a decision as casting Hayden Christensen in the Star Wars trilogy?

No. The worst Anakin casting decision was made in Episode I.

But we've still got a ways to go. I think it's premature to conclusively say Roy Williams was the worst trade ever. However, I will admit it doesn't look too good.

Because Patrick doesn't make cool "first down" signals, and because Roy looks prettier in pink.

:lmao2: I think you may be my favorite poster.

Money. Simple as that.

Jones spent too much (new contract and draft picks) to acquire Williams and will give him evey opportunity to succeed.

If this were Sam Hurd playing like Roy Williams he'd be demoted.

Maybe the fumbles Crayton provides?

I can't believe how far this "should Dallas bench Roy???" crap has gone on for.

You people realize that in the Atlanta game, the game that Roy called his "worst game ever", he STILL had more receiving yards than Patrick Crayton, right?

If not for Romo's Houdini play at the end of the half, Crayton would've finished with a grand total of 1 catch for 4 yards.

Instead of focusing on Roy's lackluster game or performance thus far, why don't we take a quick look at Crayton? What exactly has Patrick done to warrant a promotion?

Roy Williams >> Patrick Crayton.

And I say that as someone who didn't like the trade.

That said, unless there is a big turnaround with Roy I hope we draft another WR this spring.

I'm trying to think of a word that describes this thread..mmmm.....How about redundant?

Craig

And, by nature, you are the type who reads redundant posts and then whines?
Must be nice. And for Mansta, too. But his negativity comes from living in a place called Mary Land.

:D

He had cracked rips. That's painful. No WR would play well having that injury--not even the great Deon Sanders.:
