They are similar bec
Here's what puzzles me. If a quarterback (Dak) can't read defenses.... how does a quarterback "not be able to read defenses" and somehow continue to work themselves into being a top 10 quarterback out of 95+ quarterbacks who are in the NFL every season for most of their career???
You wanna know how. I'll tell you but you can't handle the truth.

Kellen and the comeback route

Dak has made about 180 million including endorsements. That is not nearly a billionaire…:muttley:

Take away taxes and agent fees, his net worth is about 70M.
I am talking about the infamous "Next Contract" that all you simps are resigned to accepting that He receive.

why can't we be happy with the pick up? I'm happy with the pick, but I'm a Cowboys fan.

We should all be happy and hope that he replaces Dak because he is that much better. Maybe in a year or two it will happen.

However, pretending he's anything more than a prospect now is off. He's shown nothing in the league, for a variety of reasons. Here's to hoping that changes.

Dak came in as a rookie and played pretty well.
Lance was horrible as a rookie.
Dak never relinquished the job despite a near HOf QB on the sidelines.
Lance, in his third year, lost his job to Mr irrelevant, then Sam Darnold, then Brandon Allen, largely because he flat out stinks.
Yep, exactly the same.
Lance didn't play his rookie season because Jimmy G was the starter but continue with the story

Dak can read defenses bro. Daks strength is his mental ability. His problem is his raw physical talent. He isn't a natural arm talent like some of his peers but he worked his *** off to fix his footwork and mechanics. Which is why a weakness in college he got better at when it comes to accuracy.
Where do I even begin. . . it is 2023 and there are people that believe this. How did you people become so enraptured with this fraud of a QB?

Mind boggling

Dak is a mental midget and All he ever had was "Physical Talent" then his foot fell off and now he is even more limited

Some QBs read the defense, but still have think for a split second before pulling the trigger.

Then some QBs can read the defense and react instantly...Manning, MaHomes, Brady, Aikman, Marino, Elway, Bradshaw, Staubach, Tarkenton....

Dak and Lance are nothing alike as quarterbacks. Dak came out of college as a seasoned player with limitations. He fell to the 4th round because he had no special skill. Dak took advantage of injuries to the Cowboys quarterbacks and ran with it.

Lance has elite quarterback traits and came out of college at 20 years of age. Unlike Dak he was groomed to be the savior but he suffered the injury. I think Lance’s story is similar to Romo gets injured then some kid with limitations but college experience excels and takes your job.
They are similar because they both are slow to read defenses and are late to react.

Thar's where the similarities end . . . Lance is on the come up and hopefully through time will learn. . . Dak is a lost cause that will never develop the ability to read defenses

At this point they are similar . . . we mind as well ride with youth and throw the wreak minded Dak to the curb

Was case scenario with Lance is a Stupid mistake at the worse moment . . . And that is Dak

This is not accurate. Yes, obviously he could not play due to the season ending injury, but let’s stop pretending that Shanahan, a pretty well respected judge of QBs, didn’t see him everyday. I’m pretty sure he saw some things that he didn’t see as fixable. Otherwise he would still be there given the investment they made to get him in the first place.
The Shanahans like a specific type of QB. Elway, Plummer, Cousins, Purdy....they all have above average mobility and excel on stretch play action. Learn your facts before assuming this was a decision made just based on skills without considering if the player was a fit to their scheme.

The same crowd that believed Dez was a good route runner.

This gibberish mountain of an excuse coming from a bonafied Dak hater. ^^^^

Of course you want Lance! Anything to get rid of Dak......no matter the cost......even for the worst.
You and I disagree on Dak but I think we are on the same page that this team will never be good enough to get Dak to a Super Bowl if we have to extend him to a massive contract. This is basically his year to either cement his place here forever with a SB appearance and then sign a big contract (which will eventually regress the team when it can't afford Micah and Lamb) or if he craps out in the playoffs we will begin to see more of what Lance has in camp before making any further long term choices on Dak. I see Lance as a leverage play for Jerry in case of scenario 2 or Dak demanding Mahomes type money. However, he's a leverage play with some upside, so not a bad card to have up your sleeve.

How is he on the come up? He was 3rd string in SF and was still 3rd string 2 years later.

He will be 3rd string in Dallas. He needs to move up to backup QB before I'll get slightly excited about him.

He was 3rd string He is 3rd string . . How is he on the come up? Lame rationale

He is a young talented QB that was chosen to be the next man up in Dallas . . . A team that has a highly paid QB that always lets the team down with stupid decisions

Yeah Lance has a bright future in Dallas and we as Cowboy fans should be grateful

Right now he is just a 4th round draft pick prospect and needs to learn how to play in this league.

You just described Dak in 2023 . . . so sad

Nothing alike at all. Post full of inaccuracies just to rile some of the fans.
They are similar because they both have psychotic fans that are a Cult

And the only flaw in Lance's game is what Dak struggles with to this day

Kellen and his Come Back routes are gone and Dak is gonna sink without him

Let The Lance Era begin

Would’ve Dak benefited from sitting and learning behind Romo 2years?......Trey gets that chance, hopefully he takes advantage.

MM worked Rogers in slowly behind Favre, what was Rogers biggest learning obstacle? Maybe the same?

Cousins, Dak, etc.....nfl mid level Qb’s. Like mid level PGA players....can get hot, but under pressure consistency falls.
