If the court decides to deny Zeke's petition for a rehearing before next week ... his 6 game suspension will be reinstated and he won't be on the field against the Niners.

So lets say he's not on the field for Niners and injunction is granted... What recourse does he have then ? Just a gameday paycheck ?

This is the ruling from before, and it is because of this ruling he has not been participating in practice so far this week. We are awaiting a newer ruling from the NY District Court.
