Missed, by a large margin Swing and miss!!

no I didnt. I said he was the only player arrested while a member of this team in a couple years and asked what happened to the last one

No I didnt this is all in your fantasy world. I made no points about pacman dont give a damn that he is gone

Because getting arrested is bad, much worse than wanting the ball more. Much worse than anything TO has ever done. Yet you want to cut TO, not the guy who evidently is pimmadonna enough to think he is special and can pay bars to break the law and stay open late. Then throw punches at Bouncers trying to make him leave, finally not be smart enough to leave when told by the police to leave instead he evidently didnt care about the team enough to stay out of the headlines "I dont care arrest me"

Last person to be arrested on an acholol charge as a Cowboy was cut immediately

So if you made no reference to pacman then who is this player that you are referring to that was arrested for alcohol charge and cut immediately?
Maybe there is another one that i am missing.
Please tell me there is another one. Because if it is Pacman you are referring to then your points are even weaker than they seem since he was not cut because an alcohol arrest. It was more about the multiple arrest combined with the investigations into shootings/ hiring hitmen.

So you basically just said that i missed your point but when you made your point it was exactly what i spent the last few post destroying.

So getting arrested in the offseason is worse for team chemistry than dividing a team to the point that the team is considering themselves better off without you in spite of your hall of fame career?

Are you just making these points to stir thing up or do you seriously believe what you are saying?

Pretty much sums it up. Using TO for a paycheck on a slow news week.

Slow news week? Its the middle of the playoffs and coaching searches are in full swing.

Slow news weeks in the NFL are in June, not January.

You are a Cowboys fan right? This shouldnt be to hard for you to find. Its not pacrat I could care less about him, and he was never arrested as a Cowboy

If I were bbgun I would call you an ESPN sheep, nobody affiliated with the team has said anything negative about Owens. except for some super secret source

Are you just making these points to stir thing up or do you seriously believe what you are saying?

Watching you miss the point is kind of fun

where in that article did Garrett say T.O. must go. I'll say it again, people stop listening to the media, they will steer you wrong everytime.(Stsnaz)

there will be rumors running rampant until TC starts.

Because clearly Stephen Jones is going to on camera and say "We're thinking about cutting Owens. We may. We may not. We're not sure. I'm sure he'll be fine with it either way."

This may very well be hooey, be we will never know. Because even if they are talking about it, if they decide not to cut him they will never give one iota of a hint that it was being discussed. "Officially"

And yet here are three of the top stories on ESPN regarding the NFL:

Irvin: Men in truck flashed gun, talked Cowboys
Jury says Burress owes $1,700 for damaged car
Pittsburgh mayor removes 'raven' from name

Coaching searches and playoffs take a back seat to tabloid reporting at ESPN.

It's a shame what the media can get away with by using the "anonymous source" designation. They can defame someone in the media by using vague words and grammatical loopholes and when it's shown to be wrong, they just rely on people forgetting their crap. Then the trolls with their various different aliases can come in and point and laugh at vacuous claims.

The Cowboys aren't even in the playoffs, and yet are mentioned or the main subject of three of the top ten topics. Two injury articles. Three coaching articles. One on an old Burress issue....and something about removing "raven". Not exactly front page stuff here. They rely on the Cowboys, heavily, for news.

You have proven to be what i knew you were from the beginning.
And now you have bored me.
Keep routing for dallas to keep Owens so they are better in Madden next year.
I wont spend another second trying to chase the meaningless point of a dullard.

Players in general don't tend to say much negative about their teammates publicly, unless the bitterness is just so great that they can't contain themselves.

Can you give me a few incidents where a player has criticized a teammate publicly, saying that player was an negative influence on others?

I'm asking sincerely because I can't recall such an incident.

I still laugh when I see people continuing to question the existence of "sources" for these stories as if they don't exist or ESPN is just trying to stir up trouble.

Are you kidding me?! What will it take for some people to come to grips with the fact that Romo and Garrett have a huge problem with TO continuing to be on this football team?

I believe the TO situation is past the point of no return and Jerry is going to side with Garrett and Romo and he will jettison TO.

The Cowboys are the highest rated team by far. Of course they will print Cowboys news wherever they find it.

Does that mean during one of the most active and interesting times of the entire NFL season they need to go and make crap up just to fill space?

See above.

There's no need to make stuff up now, the idea that Werder or anyone else has to invent stories now to meet their deadline is ridiculous
