Jury is still out on Clowney. He's flashed a lot and many think he is still the real deal, Phil
3rd year in the league, id hope so. Lets see how he does without JJ Watt commanding triple and double teams on the other side.

Thanks :)

We did trade the chance to take two firsts though.
I realize it's not the same because it requires trades (so no guarantees)
there are at least 10+ combos of two first rounders that would equal the 4th overall.
Value-wise, same difference.

Just pointing it out
How was we getting 2 first rounders for the 4th pick? Tennessee and Cleveland didn't get 2 first rounders in the same draft with the number 1 and number 2 pick......just stop it

If he stays healthy, he's gonna be a beast, brudda. Even with Watt out. The key for that dude, like Sean Lee, is staying healthy.

He is an exceptional talent.

Lots of jags on this board who love playing Madden. Trade Romo, get rid of his contract, get 1st round draft picks.
Yep, 31 other bumbling foolish teams just clamoring to do a wonderful deal for a soon to be 37 year old QB with
back problems and diminishing skills. Yep, lots of teams just banging on Jerry's door drooling to do that deal.
Besides, everyone is just banking on Jerry spending his gold on defense. That's just laughable. He is not
going to break the bank on defense, because offense sells seats and brings in the television ratings. No
one is going to buy boring defense. I have always thought that Dak was the real deal and wanted him early
in the draft after seeing him in games last year. I think he is the future but, he is still learning and has a way to go.
Jerry is going all in this year with Romo to give him his chance for SB glory. He is not going to trade Romo, period.

I feel rotten, absolutely rotten going here, but this team will be much better off when Jerry goes the way of the buffalo (read: Al Davis). :(
Why. There isn't a fan here who doesn't feel the same way!! This guy has made a laughing stock out of the greatest sports organisation that ever was.

Agreed, Haley. Wholeheartedly. But Jerry, as confounding as it is, still has his supporters living off the early 90's (Jimmy's teams, but don't tell them that) and his bedazzle.

It's still wrong to wish death on any human being. I've learned this through my own life experiences.

lol. Not many my friend AND there are plenty of people walking around that would make the planet a better place by dying. Don't worry about it.

I think you need to re-look at what happened and stop acting like I'm saying crazy stuff. I'm just politely telling you facts about the value of picks.

Tennessee basically got the equivalent of THREE 1st round picks (2 this year and one next year).

they got the 14th, 43rd, 45th and 76th...plus they got the next years 1st and 3rd.
the 14th obviously is a 1st rounder
the 43rd and 45th easily combine to make another 1st if a team wishes to trade up with those two 2nd rounders (they get you to the mid 1st round)
and then another 1st the next year
not to mention the 3rd rounders they got

Just look at the draft charts...they go by that to some degree.
The 4th overall adds up the two mid 1st rounders or a mid 1st and a late 1st at the absolute very least.

If Romo nets a 2nd and 4th I would make that deal. 1st round in a no brainer.
