Riiiight. I have to learn the game but I already know that Collins will be one of the best RTs in the league and you are seeing things that aren't there.

gotcha.

Lol, ok, homer.

How many DEs drop in coverage and play upright all game?

that depends on the defense. For years Dom Capers defensive ends have dropped in his zone blitzing schemes wherever he has been.

Mack is a unique talent like ware was here. Ware could beat the best tackle, a double team or cover a running back down the seam when he had to.

Ken Norton Jr. Does these same things with mack.

Mack didn't give two craps about last night. Great players just get it over with.

Shuffling Collins to RT and Chaz Green to LG has really messed up the chemistry on the line. Watching the 1st team offense last night, it was clear they are far from being proficient at their positions.

Dak had a clean pocket to throw in maybe 3 times out of the 16-17 times he dropped back.

I really think letting Leary go will come back and bite us this year. Or it might be the defense again, not sure.
Dak is fine.

Baldinger also said that Cooper is the better fit at LG based on what he's seen on tape this preseason.

I agree. Yes it was the Colts but Cooper looked the best at LG.

We've seen what 4 or 5 series in which Tyron Smith has actually played this preseaon? They've scored or were in scoring position on all but one of those iirc. The Oline is likely to be fine. Leary is a good player, but he's not irrepacable and had probably the easiest job an OG could have last year being between Smith and Fredrick. Collins is having a few bumps adjusting to a new position but over all is doing fine, seems like small technique things that need to be fixed up. Cooper has been solid but unspectacular at guard when he's been in there. Green has been fine at OT when he's been there.

No. But it's laughable that in order to defend your silly position you actually are suggesting one of the best edge players in the NFL went through the motions last night.

I mean how silly do you sound at this point?
Not at all.
