Steele Is Broken, so what now?

Same old story eh? Guy gets paid and forgets how to play football.
We are BAD with our homegrown players giving them contracts…..Jerry thinks he’s a genius for drafting them and resigning them is like a “ha, look at this stud I drafted MYSELF”…..and they end up like lael collins, jaylon smith, Gallup, Steele….

You guys are crazy. The guy is coming off a major injury. Just because he can play doesn't mean it will be at a high level. I bet you are all going to lose your mind when Diggs play falls off next year. You'll all say it's because he got paid and ignore the catastrophic knee injury he suffered.
But putting him out there is hurting the team….maybe Richards can do better, or moving Tyron back over there again…..something where the line doesn’t have an obviously struggling player recovering from major injury as the starter…..

I didn't say it's time to give up on him yet but if he's still not 100% he needs to sit down for a while.

They won't do anything until after next season just like with Gallup. Will give him another year to see if he fully recovers.

We can't keep sending him out there every week when he is consistently dragging this line down. At this point he's probably the lowest graded RT in the league. So what should the plan be? Clearly Steele is still not 100% and needs some time to rest. Or maybe this is his 100% now and it's time for a more permanent change?

Can Richards play RT any worse than Steele right now? This seems like the least disruptive option?

Should we move Tyron to RT and put Richards at LT?

Move Tyler to LT, Tyron to RT and Bass to LG?

Any FAs out there? That can come play RT (or LG to give us some flexibility)

Thoughts?
Your owner/GM says "we're good" So yea...we keep dragging him out.

They couldn’t wait to pay Steele. Quite proud of their UDFA find. Makes them real football guys.

They really need to stop being like ‘awww, we know you blew out your knee at the end of your walk year, but we will pay you anyway because you’re family.’

Not everyone gets back to what they once were after a major injury. But the kid loves what he thinks is a discount and takes Parcells’ “the devil you know” advice to a very serious fault.

Should have learned from the Gallup signing, coming off an acl tear.

The guys coming off a major injury are the ones you all are complaning about...notice the pattern? The irony though is that Jerry signed them all in lieu off of these major injuries, lol.

The complete lack of effort from this guy is the gut punch for me. Injury or not he should at least show that he wants to help his team.

Edoga or Richards. Chip with a TE or RB.

Call plays where you QB isn't trying to make a play right behind Steele.
