Watching this video, it's sad to say Dez not only lost a step, but other skills as well. Watch how he used to score on quick screens. Even plowing through 2 Commanders defenders. This year, he was getting tackled on the spot by much smaller DBs on those plays.

I also noticed how he caught everything in that video. Passes that were low, high, behind with people hanging all over him.

C'mon man. I get what you're saying and I agree but if Dak is your franchise QB you don't hire the QB he spanked to coach him.... Next QB.. No big deal.. But I'm banking on Dak being around for awhile which is why this move baffles me.

As I thought you have no clue what I was even pointing out. Some of the passes in that video was just like some bad passes Dak has thrown to Dez. Not all the passes in that video were perfect passes. The difference is Dez was able to catch them then but not last year. Do I need to spell out everything for you?

However you want to look at it, Dez got paid a lot of money for a little impact this season. I don't think recognizing that fact is a bad thing.

What surprises me is to hear the organization saying it so bluntly right at the start of the offseason. I would have thought this was a topic they'd be handling with kid gloves until they had an alternative in place.

Basically he was telling Dez, take a pay cut or being cut. I was against signing Dez with the huge guaranteed money in the first place; and predicted his behavior and performance like this after the signing.

Fanboys made Jerry's money too easily made and he does not have, or even know how, to spend them correctly and smartly on the right people.
