For some reason Stephen reminds me of George Steinbrenner. This does nothing to rid me of that feeling, but I applaud someone pointing out the obvious in the organization.

Idiocy. When he talks about needing to see more, he should be referring to his father and himself. Or better, yet, better that we never see any of either of them, ever again, apart from getting hammered in the owners box.

Has Stephen ever really gone after a player like this?

It just seems odd that he's so frequently telling Mo to step up.

Me thinks Stephen may not have been as keen on the trade as the elder Jones.

I seem to recall Newman getting called out at one point. But I can understand why the organization feels the way it does about Claiborne. They invested way to much into him to be getting the production that he is putting on the field. He needs to be a game changer in a good way. So far this season, he has been a game changer in a bad way.

I don't think the scouts spent much time looking at Mo, the wonderlic score got ignored and they gave up the 45th pick in the draft for him.

Is it really necessary for the owner's son to even have his own radio show?

Does any other owner's son in the NFL have their own weekly radio show where they call out players?

This family is such a joke. If anyone is going to call out a player in public, it should be the coach. Now, we know Garrett doesn't have the set to do it, so in this case it should be left unsaid.

If the Jones boys are going to take aim at anyone, it should be themselves. At what point do you stop criticizing the players and say.. "wait a minute, maybe the problem is actually the people PICKING these players and coaches?"

If you're Jerry and Stephen, I guess that time never comes.

What does it matter? Are you suggesting that this is why the team is 2-2 right now? Because Stephen has a radio show?

Uh, no, I'm suggesting that it's really not necessary for the owner's son to have a radio show. Especially when he uses it as a platform to take shots at players.

This post should be bronzed and put on the front page for all eternity.

So if its not stopping us from winning games than what does it matter if he has a show or not?

I think our only hope is jerry and Steven are secretly involved in some kind of illegal activities that will either bankrupt them and/or land them in prison.

That, sadly, is our only hope to see the Cowboys on top in our lifetimes again

Haha, the Mets owners(Wilpons) were secretly involved with Madoff in some fashion and they are still there :( They were almost bankrupt and probably should be in prison!

It is good to see someone calling out the defense, but how about the offense too Jones?

I was thinking the same thing.

You know how the great organizations tend to speak with one strong voice? The Cowboys evidently didn't get the memo.

I can't wait to hear Jerry's rebuttal, but which one of his shows will he give it in??

I actually do NOT like ownership/management telling Romo to throw the ball to a double covered Dez Bryant. He should instead go to his coaches and talk about freeing Dez up. There are plenty of top flight WRs all accross the NFL and the coaches find ways to get them the ball...and throwing into double coverage is NOT the answer! What a circus!!!!!!!

At the end of the day these players go out there and play and these coaches go out there and coach. If this team underachieves its not because of any radio show or talk show a owner has......

What's stopping us from winning games are the people in charge of this organization. When the people in charge of this organization try to deflect the blame onto other people, that's a problem.

The radio show has nothing to do with wins and losses. I was just making a comment about it. Sorry if that offended you. Are you a big fan of Stephen's show?

I watched the game last night and Matt Ryan had no problems throwing to a double covered Julio Jones. Stafford as well to Calvin Johnson. Might not be great examples since both teams haven't been great this year but I do think you have to keep the offense honest and those little fade and hitch routes to Dez Bryant after 10 yards are great here and there but it seems like you're playing in favor for the defense.
