McLain is getting a minimum salary plus 300k in SB. Mincey gets about 150k over the minimum plus a piddly 500k SB. These are small money deals. So you are complaining that we got two guys who project as rotational players for 800k guaranteed? Yeah, you are right. Maybe if we waited it would have only been 650k in guarantees.

If either guy plays up to Nick Hayden's level last year, then we've made good deals.

I agree with this, just as long as we stop touting them as potential starters. These are adequate rotational players, but if both of these guys start, this line is in trouble.
