I didn’t forget they fired Kelly, firing Kelly was more about the personnel problem and struggle with the front office . There’s no better example of that then the, bringing back Howie Roseman who was let go because of Kelly, which was 10x bigger than coaching, but as I said the fans wanted to fire Pederson after 1 year.
Opening the door don’t let quame to success either, it could also be the abyss, ask Cleveland they continually open the door.
I don't think there's any question the one who protects Garrett is Jerry, not Stephen.
This is why TO told Dak to watch his back in Dallas. The politician is already moving his chess pieces on Dak. If Dak fails then Garrett needs to go with him.More fuel to the Stephen/Garrett issue. Notice Stephen praises Dak and Garrett criticizes Dak. Garrett wants to deflect blame from himself.
The real son always wins over the red-headed stepson in the end.
I agree that if you said which style between Aikman and Romo is the best for Dak to emulate, it's definitely Aikman.
Aikman
WRs run exact routes and get open by the QB and receivers being in sync.
Romo
Adlib until somebody gets open. Draw up plays in the dirt.
Aikman would not have tolerated WRs being clueless.
If you were upset about 1 year I could see that. But you're upset about Garrett's 8 years!
How many years of mediocrity are enough for you, 20? Or ???
And as for the "abyss", we're already in the hole, and Garrett just keeps on digging and making excuses.
The only reason we didn't end up 8-8 last season was because the eagles played their backups. We beat their backups 6-0 to eek out a 9-7.
That would've made four 8-8 seasons in the last 8 years.
The only way this team will make it to the Super Bowl is to load up with so much talent that they can win despite Garrett's incompetence.

TO and Wade would like a word with you.Lol....smh
TO and Wade would like a word with you.
Stephen watched Philly happen without its starting QB, LT, MLB, RB, and CB.
The Dak stuff was based purely on hope. There is nothing about Dak so far that remotely resembles Troy Aikman. Troy had a powerful and accurate arm and he was most comfortable in the pocket. That is the polar opposite of Dak.
I agree with you. The defensive talent has been subpar ever since Rob Ryan was here and has never gotten the correct personnel since switching to a 4-3.Did Stephen criticize the FO for talent acquisition? I disagree with his assessment of the talent on our roster.
Sure thing buddy. Like TO said, (at some point you can’t keep blaming the players). You keep up the Garrett fanfare thoughA nut job in T.O, and Garrett offense produced big time for Wade, when he was fired. I proved that here more than once

I didn’t forget they fired Kelly, firing Kelly was more about the personnel problem and struggle with the front office . There’s no better example of that then the Roseman taking over after Kelly had full control of personnel., which was 10x bigger than coaching, but as I said the fans wanted to fire Pederson after 1 year. The key to their success was talent and depth acquired by Roseman, which they have far more than us. T.O has been the same everywhere, his Romo/Witten conspiracy , his Garcia walk like a duck line, his McNabb conspiracy, you see a pattern? The fact there been 4 different coaches before Garrett with the same or worse results, say you can’t keep blaming the coaches either.
Dude stop using this as an example. It’s not relevant. Garrett hasn’t been here for 1 year. He has been here for 8.
There’s a big difference between 8 years and 1 year.
Garrett hasn’t gotten the job done. Fans wanting him gone isn’t exactly a knee jerk reaction from one failed season. It’s a reaction to 7 failed seasons.
Part of the front offices failure during all that time was a failure to hire the right head coach. Which has continued with your boy Garrett.
Getting rid of Garrett doesn’t guarantee success but keeping him, sure as heck doesn’t either considering he has failed for 7 years straight.

Your argument is very strange and makes zero sense. You are trying to blame the FO instead of the coach but are comparing the current coach to past ones who still didn’t win. Chan Gailey did the same or better than JG but I wouldn’t want him back. Parcells was better but past his prime. The only worse one was Campo. All of them had talent at one point. The FO isn’t great but that doesn’t mean “keep mediocre coaches who can’t adjust in game and who have gotten us nowhere.” JG isn’t a bad coach because of the FO. He’s bad because he was a coach in training and still has issues with coaching 101...time management and adjustments. If your theory is the whole thing is broken..fine. But JG has been an issue, even with talent.
