Look, mates. We'll be in contention with a number of teams for a blue-chip QB.
Titans won't need a QB. San Diego still believes Rivers has maybe 3 more years left. the Lions already have a slinger. The Browns now believe Johnny Looseball can play -- they won't be in the QB stakes.
The Dollphins have their Aggie QB. Now as I see it, the 49ers might be interested in a QB pick in the first round. That team will be our main competitor for a QB in the first round.
Just get the best QB in the 1st round Sir Jones and quit dragging your Italian-loafered feet.
A QB, Sir Jones, not a backup.
Currently the Cowboys are drafting 6th, Their are several teams ahead of them in need of a QB
Browns-- desperate for a QB (Manziel is a handful, undersized and no talent. They are only playing him to raise his trade value in the offseason.
Chargers --- might need a QB (or choose to move on from Rivers) they are in the same situation as the Cowboys.....have to find a replacement for a old aging QB that doesn't want to move to LA.
49ers another desperate team in need of a QB. Kap has worn out his welcome and Gabbert is not a long term answer.
Cowboys---desperate for at least a backup QB and is on a short leash to find Romo's replacement.
Dont expect to find any of the top rated QB's on the board at #6 and not sure what backup are really available. Kap, RG3 and Manziel will come with a hefty salary and want to start. Don't see no Kyle Orton type QBs in the NFL...most the good journeyman backup QB's are out of the league. Maybe Jerry thinks Tim Tebow could do the trick...who knows with this team.
I see the ghost of Al Davis raising up from the grave to give Jerry advice
