That Euro guard (Dravig)? would have fit well with the Lakers I think.

Dragic? He's returning to Phoenix. It'll definitely be a change for Steve and Kobe to play together, but they're both great, great basketball players. They'll figure it out.

Yes Dragic, but he's with the Rockets.

Same. They will play very well together IMO.

Nash will do wonders for that team on offense. LA will finally have a PG and one that will make opposing PGs defend instead of playing off and packing paint.

If the Lakers do trade for Howard it'll have to be Turkoglu and Dwight because Richardson slept with Nash's wife.

Don't like Turk's contract but he if can still knock down open 3's than he would fit in well with Nash.

Lakers haters are funny.

We just got one of the greatest point guards of all time for NOTHING and we can't compete with OKC? :lmao2:

I'm not saying we'd beat them for sure, but we'd be more competitive for sure. I really don't think there's a clear favorite in the West right now. It's basically the Thunder, Spurs, Lakers, and everyone else.
And delusional Laker fans are the funniest. Westbrook will eat Nash alive. Then there's Durant over Artest. Who you've already admitted was owned in the playoffs by him.

Like I said, OKC is still too athletic for this team. Which is the way this League is now these days.

Westbrook will dominant Nash and vice versa. Durant will dominate Artest, but Kobe will do the same to Sefolosha.

Great for LA. I wouldn't worry about him and Kobe... Nash will adapt. This makes them so much better.

I still say that the Lakers should take a chance and trade for Howard. Once he got there I think he'd love it because it has all the ingredients he wants -- bright lights, big market, (even bigger) superstar adulation. He'd get over the "I don't want to follow Shaq" reservation.

Its not "hating" to give an opinion.. and he's right honestly.

Also, you're statement that you keep repeating about how you "just got one of the greatest point guards ever for nothing" leads me to believe you're a little too excited to be thinking clearly right now.

2 #1's and 2 #2's for a 39 year old point guard?

Both are late in draft, well worth it.

LA hasn't had first round pick in forever, it seems. Love haters trying to find something wrong with this, fantastic move by Lakers.

LA needed a legit PG badly, just got one of the best playmaking PGs in game. I'd take the risk and go get Howard now.

LA blew two games against OKC with bad turnovers that led to fast break points, those are limited with Nash handling playmaking duties.

Lakers better win in the next 2 years cause they are done with the CBA. Big time. I dont think people see that. I as a fan dont wanna see it but its a fact. Nets will be doomed if they dont win. There will be a boatload of teams having to get rid of bad contracts and not many teams able to get them. ATL is doing what Dallas is doing. I guess it sucks now,but in long term its whats right.

You do realize the Lakers haven't been a lottery team in 7 years right? Those picks won't be anything than solid role players. The NBA draft isn't like the NFL draft where you can consistently get star players at the end of the 1st round.

How is Kobe going to react to Nash handling the ball the majority of the time?

Kobe wants that, he's tired of doing everything.

He called Nash and expressed this while recruiting him to forget rivalry and join LA. Nash and Kobe will play well off each other and everyone will get easy buckets. LA struggled to get anything easy last season.
