Does not matter what lables people want to put on Claiborne, team and organization expect more from him and it is up to him to get out there and make the plays. Personally I have not give up on the guy but sometimes a coach has to give a player a wake up call. I think it is critical how Claiborne responds to this. With Denver coming in he will get his chances to make plays.

I don't think you're seeing just how bad he is playing right now. These aren't growing pains.

Dude, you know how it is around here. Before Dez really blew up last year we had people saying we needed to get rid of him. It's the way part of the fan base is. It is what it is. We've got people ranking Denver as an "all time" team after 4 games and calling our own draft picks busts after less than 2 years in the league. Can't let it get to you.

1. ProFootball-Focus.com has Claiborne ranked 99th out of 101 corners who see significant action.
OK, I don't know the nativity of ProFootball-Focus, but i don't think it has axes to gore.
2. Jerra has said the shoulder injury is a non-issue.

If he is not a bust, then I am Brent Musburger scouting the stands for pretty gals.

If Kiffie sits him down agin the Broncos it will be a kindness. Exposing Claiborne to Manning could ruin the youngster's career.

But one thot: If Scandrick was Claiborne's backup, how awful must Scandrick really be????? Eeek!

We played man and zone before, and we're still playing both MAN and zone. Most of the plays Claiborne got beat were in MAN coverage.
