that throw has never been one that Gallup catches...he is not a big body receiver, his use is best at the sidelines going up to get something.
You're right, nobody in the media is critical of Dak lmaoI feel Gallup is not playing well and would like to see more of Tolbert.
But my biggest question is why is there so many people in the media defending Dak and every interception he throws? Does this happen with every team? When Zach Wilson throws an interception does anyone break down why? Maybe I’m reading too much into it but it seems like the media likes Dak and is trying to persuade fans not to blame him for poor play.
My response to any media guys is we lost the game way before the interceptions started. We lost the game going 3 and out the first 4 drives and burning our defense out. The interceptions were the cherry on the top. Why isn’t anyone breaking down each play of the 3 and outs to dissolve Dak of responsibility?
Why wouldn't we? It's the WR's fault. We are not doing this again blaming the wrs
Because it was the same story last yearWhy wouldn't we? It's the WR's fault.
You do know that there is a difference in practice vs theory ... right?Because this is fake and there is no progressions on the play. Why do you keep saying you know he did the right thing when you're saying he should do something else.
The football literacy of this board is unreal.
They blitzed from both sides of the field lolYou do know that there is a difference in practice vs theory ... right?
This is where Dak should have looked at the WHOLE FIELD and realize his hot read should have gone away from the blitz.
It's almost like the 49ers D knew what the QB SHOULD throw into the blitz, then did everything they could to make sure the lone receiver on that side of the field had someone in his face from the snap.
Football literacy indeed.
It took a day or two for the Dakvidians to regroup and come up with who to blame this time.Blame EVERYONE but Dak.
.......Olé......
One read and the ball is out.CD was wide open that play. People acting like the 49ers is playing tight coverage all game.... Dak just doesn't see anything.
cant get off the LOS, this actually happened several times, being able to release on a hot slant 1v1 is like the most basic skill you have to have to be an NFL WR.This is entirely wrong lol. You have 0 clue.
He throws right behidn the blitzing linebacker where he knows he has 1-1 coverage. The WR has to win that route. There is no post-snap read on this play, because it's a 6-man pressure.
It is 100% the correct read, and 100% on the WR to cross face. It should be easy to win that route against man coverage like that. MG13 just can't separate at all.
