Superbowl XLVIII - Seahawks vs Broncos Game Thread

the guy is a bus driver. he's serviceable but not worth the huge contract he is probably going to be given which is going to end up destroying their fantastic defensive nucleus.

Don't know why any of us would deny him a big contract; he is going to more than likely get a ring with a more than pedestrian game today. He made plays when needed in the season and now. As far as him destroying the nucleus.... What did they just pay our QB for his stats?

Seattle losing two of their DBS on back to back plays..... Those guys are just china dolls

you get pressure up the middle and it does not matter who the QB is he will not complete many passes

Too many teams are trying to rely on super star quarterbacks, and you need a super star quarterback to get there. But in the Super Bowl, it's all about defenses. John Elway, Jim Kelly, Tom Brady (against the Giants), Roger Staubach, Peyton Manning, Kurt Warner ALL were done in by the better defense.

It's true: Defenses win championships.

Seattle is a great team, but would the Boys get away with as much holding and physical play that their defense does? I seriously doubt it.

Russell Wilson has to the luckiest guy in the world lol...he's about to be paid 100m dollars for the work his defense put in.

Everyone mad at Wilson for not putting up Romo's stats... Can't he be what his team needs and they pay him according to what they feel he is worth . Jerry certainly did and were all happy with it. =-/

Richard Sherman out for the game.... Those breeze you felt was Erin Andrews breathing a sigh of relief

They don't hold and when they do they are getting called for it. Just give them credit they are hungry, physical, fast and damn good.

I completely agree, Jerry may not so I wouldn't be surprised with another tight end in round two and a receiver in the first.
