It wouldn't matter who we took....he would have spewed negativity anyway. He's ticked that they got someone to help protect Dak.Who would you have taken?

Yea and I guess the bills are scared of the risk for not trading up to replace Josh Allen and the Chargers are scared of the risk for not taking Justin Herberts replacement in the first round. You’re scared of the risk. Thats okay, bro.
Do you not agree that our issues have gone wayyyyy beyond Ty? You sound like you are blaming him and not our issues at other positions on the OL, LB, CB, DE, DT...oh, and that thing called HC, GM and ownershpI don’t need to imagine.
The Cowboys winning percentage without Tyron is .592.
The Cowboys winning percentage with Tyron is .574.
Sure, but I also think I proved you wrong about the importance of Tyron and now you’re trying to pivot.Do you not agree that our issues have gone wayyyyy beyond Ty? Who was the QB that was " Mahomes " that was on the board at 24 last night? That’s why the QB position should be the priority.
Imagine the Chiefs drafting a LT instead of Mahomes.
We have a winnerIt wouldn't matter who we took....he would have spewed negativity anyway. He's ticked that they got someone to help protect Dak.
Trey Lance??Who was the QB that was " Mahomes " that was on the board at 24 last night?
Mahomes wasn’t Mahomes when he was drafted.Who was the QB that was " Mahomes " that was on the board at 24 last night?
Like Desmond RidderMahomes wasn’t Mahomes when he was drafted.
Thats why he was available at 10 to trade up and get.
Nobody is a sure thing, but you can’t be scared of the risk of trading up.
We have two all-pro's at corner. Hard to sell a third when there are glaring needs along the trenches. I get BPA, but Guyton is no reach and has unlimited potential at LT.LT is one of the most important positions on the team - I don't know what you are talking about there - However I take the best CB in the draft that was a top 10 player when he is sitting there for me at 24!
And we had a better winning percentage when Tyron was out hurt than we did when he was healthy.Lol, what did you want at pick 29? If he even makes it at LT for 5 years it’s a win. Tyron was a top 10 pick.
They didn't have the draft capital for that. It would have taken this years entire draft plus picks from next year! They should’ve trade with Atlanta.
That pick was there for the taking.
LOL, trade up to get a QB who is going to be behind Dak and Lance and sit on the bench all year - no thanks. Id rather shore up, NOT SURE UP GUY - LOL, the O- line. In case you haven't noticed, every year every draft there are good QBs to draft. They can do that next year.Mahomes wasn’t Mahomes when he was drafted.

We had the best LT in the NFL for a decade and had a better winning percentage when he was out hurt than when he was healthy. We have two all-pro's at corner. Hard to sell a third when there are glaring needs along the trenches. I get BPA, but Guyton is no reach and has unlimited potential at LT.
Are you seriously telling me that a 1at ballot hall of famer and all time Cowboy is to blame for everything bad in the world of the Dallas Cowboys? I will not disagree with your views of not wanting a LT, but our issues on this team start on our OL and nothing on offense can function without having a cornerstone there. We as fans have been at wits end with needing to fix our OL and we have slowly started doing this.Sure, but I also think I proved you wrong about the importance of Tyron and now you’re trying to pivot.
I admit I was not to keen about the pick mainly due to his inconsistency and immaturity. If Guyton can take care of that and 73 pick is a good one than this turns out to be an even better trade than I thought.
This is not a logical argument.Lol
A lot of good having a HOFer there for the last decade did for us, huh?
A Jerry Jones team, is a team without a rudder.A LT, really?
The best case scenario is he’s the best LT in the NFL for the next decade just like our previous LT was for the previous decade.
Tyron Smith never saw past the divisional round.
Cooper Rush, a QB NOBODY wanted when they had the opportunity, is 4-1 without Tyron Smith playing.
LT is a position you sure up AFTER the important positions are taken care of first.
A LT is the shingles on an already built house.
We drafted a guy that if anything less than 1st team all pro is a downgrade. We should’ve just kept Tyron if we valued LT that highly going into the draft, and drafted an actual position that will affect the W/L record with our 1st pick.
Now, on to the 2nd round where we will be drafting a running back without a knee to really hammer on the point that we’re an unserious franchise.
