Anyone who takes the internet into real life is a certified loser in my book.

news flash, on twitter both use their real name, and real face as their avi. they are really communicating to each other so yeah that is real life, if a dbag gets a few emails and prank phone calls so be it maybe he learns his lesson, probably not but so be it

Confucius say "Don't open the freaking thread if you don't like reading about it...duh". That was done in my best Chinese philosopher voice.

According to 247 Hook'em, Texas had WR Kyrion Parker (Manvel) in for a visit. He is an LSU commit. Also WR/CB Richard Bell (Shreveport Lawnwood).

Mack Brown also had a long private talk with Caleb Benenoch (Katy/Seven Lakes). He could commit this week according to reports. I guess we'll see.

Surprised A&M got Chevis, I was expecting him to head to LSU after his visit there a few weeks back. Big get, though. Nice, big and fast SEC type linebacker.

we started recruiting him too late, we were waiting on massington and lost out on both. I think the staff thinks they can still get rhodes though
I think Baylor's offense is more receiver friendly than UT's, and with Briles' quarterback recruiting reputation coupled with the fact Baylor is likely to send another wideout to the NFL Draft in the first round next year, it's not a tough place to sell a wideout to come aboard and shine.

From where I sit, I really don't see a bigger purveyor of "moronic crap" than you...

This is a perfectly good thread about college football recruiting, and it's in the proper forum, so I don't know who shoved that plank up your anal orifice..l.l

they can spew all the crap they want I just wish they did it somewhere else

Uhhhh, none of us really cares what you wish...

Apparently Texas' most coveted wideout for 2013 has verbally committed to Art Briles, their 6 nationwide prospect.

Chuckle... here's betting that the author of that piece went to Baylor...

The truth is, this is ONE recruit that Baylor snatched away from Texas, but the Bears have hardly "outrecruited" the Horns in this 2013 class... Rivals.com lists Baylor as having the 19th best recruiting class in the nation, with 12 signees-- no 5 star recruits, 1 4 star recruit, 10 3 star recruits, which adds up to 11, so I guess they have on recruit who grades out at 2 stars or less... the average star rating for their 12 recruits is 3.0, and Rivals gives them a grade of 885 (to be honest, I have no idea how they compile those grades)...

Meanwhile, the Horns currently have the 4th ranked recruiting class in the nation, with 15 signees, 1 5 star recruit, 9 4 star recruits, 4 3 star recruits, and 1 recruit with 2 starts or less... the average star rating for their recruits is 3.79, and their Rivals grade is 1913...

Here's hoping Baylor "out-recruits" the Horns every year like this... :D

absolutely true, however I do not believe they are being truthful with Rhodes as the reports are they have been selling him on the kendall wright role and he really doesn't fit that role based on his film. Rhodes has great burst off the line and short area quickness that gets him open quickly and that is not really what wright did.
