The Arizona Cardinals have made it clear they will entertain trade offers for WR Anquan Boldin, who is looking to leave because he knows there is no way he can get the mega-deal Larry Fitzgerald signed in Arizona.

So here’s what should happen. The Cardinals, who are ready to part ways with aging tailback Edgerrin James, should send Boldin to Dallas for running back Felix Jones. The Cards would get a huge upgrade at RB while the Cowboys would give Tony Romo and wideout Roy Williams a needed boost in the passing game.

And if Arizona coach Ken Whisenhunt would like a cherry on top of the deal, the Cowobys can throw in wideout Patrick Crayton. The deal makes sense for both teams. Get the bean counters together. If Jerry Jones is as smart as he would have us believe, then he needs to pull the trigger and make this thing happen.

Felix will be a great RB for years to come.
Boldin is a great WR, but he's in his high 20s. That's around a 5-7yr loss of a player.

Felix isn't a bust (and won't ever be one). But we have 2 other really good backs under long-term contracts. I would do it in a heart beat.

Good WRs are MUCH more valuable (and rare) than good RBs.

Felix probably based on last year -- but that's certainly not a slight on Choice. They both have long careers ahead of them, so who knows how it'll turn out.
