He had an odd motion, but he whips the ball out.

He'd have to adjust to NFL speed, which is what will likely trip him up most. Doesn't seem to read too quick. Had lots of time that won't happen at this level.
That's the first thing i noticed as well. It's clear he has arm strength because he's snapping his arm and making long throws without fully stepping into the throw quite often.

He looked very consistent doing it though so it's definitely a learned mechanic rather than happy feet which I thought it was initially.

A lot of those pockets on the long throws looked clean so it will be interesting to see how his foot movement reacts to smaller pockets and NFL speed pressure.

Taking snaps under center also will be an adjustment. Check that. He did that some.

His throwing motion reminds me a bit of early Romo.

He has a nice deep ball but the intermediate throw velocities looked at about Cooper Rush level. IOW, noodle.
