All you do is moan!
Many posters on here including myself have known Prescott wasn't good enough since 2016. I suggested he should have been traded after his rookie season having been massively overhyped. The Cowboys probably could have got two or three firsts at that time given the hype and lack of objectivity of him playing behind the best offensive line and running game in the league with a likely Hall of Fame Tight End and All Pro Receiver. Mahomes could have been drafted as his replacement.

Point is many people have known about the limitations of Prescott for years and how he was kneecapping the team. The opening poster is merely making the point that the eyes of many Dak Prescott lovers were finally opened last night. They knew deep down he will never be good enough to get it done in big D. Falling flat on his face for a third consecutive game against the 49ers was the final straw that broke the camels back.

The body language of Prescott said it all as well. The 49ers took his soul and he's done.
Such shallow analysis that this game was final straw for these fans. It’s taken 7+ seasons for them to see what Dak is. Lol

And the hype and hope was our defense would be the difference this year carrying our QB.

Ultimately nothing has changed. We can bully below average teams and struggle against better teams. Same ole crap with a new tin foil wrapper this year too many fans bought into .

That was it. It's over. Dak Prescott will be gone in 2024. October 10th, 2023, was the day Dak's career in Dallas died.

Three just horrible performances in a row against the 49ers. Regressing rapidly. He looked 45 years old last night. His eyes were bigger than the 49ers side of the scoreboard. Last night looked like every big game against a legitimately good team for Dak.

Every. Single. One.

Dak's most ardent supporters have abandoned him today locally. Bob Sturm even said that thoughts of extension talks must stop immediately. This has to end. Let him play out the string this year, but unless he does a full 360 in these games, let him go.

CeeDee is done with him. His body language said so. Saw that from Amari in the end, too. Parsons played half-hearted. The whole team saw what we saw. Passes fluttering around like butterflies in the wind. No trips to the red zone. Happy feet. No confidence. Absolutely zero confidence in himself.

The coaches and players have no confidence in him either. McCarthy dumbed it down as far as he could go for Dak. It ain't working. The Farve and Rodgers plays were left back in Wisconsin because those are pipe dreams.

That's it. This team will likely fall into the back end of the playoffs and go out like a candle in a tornado.

The team needs a full makeover, but the first move is to move on from Dak.

Finally. Thankfully.

Ok I here what you're saying.... the defense was trash last night too, so who is it the end of on defense???

And please don't say the defense played bad because of Dak, because the defense started the game playing like trash before Dak even stepped onto the field for his first snap.

So who is it the end for on defense???

Nope no time for that I’m throwing out the my boys gear if he’s even inclvited back to training camp next year. Two years ago was my last year, then last year I stated same thing. I’m not playing anymore, I’ll be moving on from this organization that I’ve backed for 40 years. Dak can kma all the way back to Mississippi he isn’t a stop gap he’s a loser

Problem is, he still has one more year on his deal after this season. So, I'm saying that the rookie that we take can sit and wait. Then, when the moment is right, put him in.

Yeah. Last night we saw what happens Dak tries to put the team on his back and will the team to a win.
Wasn't pretty.

I want a stinker at home.

I want Jerry and Dak to hear the boos loud. I want them to hear the "We want Lance!" chants.

I want the locker room to turn on Dak.
I think the locker room will turn on Dak now- especially the defense. They know that it's making them look bad every time they have to play a big game and Dak shuts down.
I think any player who's serious about a championship knows that it will never happen with Dak playing quarterback, and their entire career could be wasted.
Jason Garrett gets the last laugh; he didn't leave without installing a quarterback that was just like him, and Dak has wasted seven years of the Cowboys time and hundreds of millions of dollars in talent- just like Garrett did.
Dak is Garrett 2.0.

No matter what they say, they all know it now.

Play calling was terrible, early in the game there wasn't anywhere for Dak to go with the ball. Then when they were a few scores behind he started throwing some ill advised passes which is often the case when you're far behind.

Dak is probably closer to Cousins than we all like to admit and we've seen his play decline the last couple of years unfortunately. He does great against average to below average defenses. Then elite defenses he struggles. Some of it has to do with scheme/plays, but he doesn't elevate his play against those teams.

I like him as a person, but, as far as play goes, Dak can't be extended. We need a replacement for him. What we need is a QB to be drafted. We can sit him like the Chiefs did with Mahomes for a year while Dak plays out the last year of his contract. But then, it's time to move on from Dak.
I finally let go of any hope last year. Haven't seen any real improvement this year. More like regression.

Amari body language the second half of the season was so "I'm done with this ****".

There were numerous tape breakdowns(think one by Warner) where Coop was open sometimes wide open multiple times a game when Dak didn't even look his way and checked the ball down.

You don't bring in a primer route runner WR1 and not look his way. Almost every team will force the ball to their WR1 for them to make plays.

I was in a discussion with this moron millennial kid who swore up and down that Danny White was the worst QB in Cowboys history. Must have startede watching the Hot Boyz yesterday!lol. Danny had a winning record in the Postseason, and if not for "The Catch" we blow out the Bengals in 1982.. I actually cried after that game, I was 8 years old, but it really hurt me. Needless to say, Prescott is done here and he should be. Nice guy, but we measure success here in Dallas and what you do in big games and high stakes situations such as the playoffs. He just hasn't produced, neither did Romo but they seem to sing his praises quite a bit. Never cared from him myself, I'll take Danny White all day over this Joker Prescott.
Yep. If not for the injury, he rips the NFL to shreds that year. Led Dallas to NFCCG three years in a row.

Wake me up when it’s the end of the Jones boys. After Dak these two clowns will make other mistakes that keep this franchise meddling in mediocrity.
