Think about that for a minute.

Ware
Hatcher
Ratliff
Spencer

So much for an area of strength. Injuries played a part but after what Ratliff pulled, Jerry is in no position to gamble and get burned by these aging veteran, mega contracts.

What's it going to be then, eh?

We made our bed, gambling on massive massive mistakes in self-evaluation.

Another lesson on how if our braintrust says they feel good about something, think the opposite because we are extremely poor at judging the abilities of our own talent.

That defensive line meeting room echos in it's emptiness.

I have.

Not a problem.

To me these guys were horrible team players.

A disgrace to Cowboy teams.

Completely a failure.

And the fact that most of these guys were brought in under Parcells is telling.

We need to finish cleaning this team up.

Garrett really has been given such poor talent to win with.

Hoping this finally moves us forward now.

I was one of if not the first person to suggest cleaning house on the defensive line this year.

I think the front office thought this was a position of strength last year, because they thought everyone would be healthy and ready for the season. Not only was that not the case, but then you lose Ben Bass and Tyrone Crawford as well. It's not every season that you essentially lose 3 starters on defensive line, and half of your backups...

I think tomorrow we will sign Henry Melton, and in the draft we will draft two bookends. With the 1 technique beind the least important position on the line, I think you will see us fill that position with what we have for now, with guys like Bass. Not sure where Crawford will end up though.

The amount of disrespect Ware gets is insane. The best Cowboy since Emmitt.

Yeah, those idiots should've known we'd lose 4 of our top 6 DL essentially for the season before the season started!

Who doesn't foresee injuries in advance nowadays!?!?
