Might sound lame, but Ive always been a fan of McDonald's Crispy Chicken Sandwich.

After watching all those virals about long lines and upset customers, I was very disappointed when I had my first Popeyes Spicy Chicken Sandwich. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but something else for sure. Chick Fil A just as good, even Wendys.

Maybe the sandwiches suffered, due to the high demand? I don't know, but I've had 2 spicy chicken sandwiches from Popeyes recently, and it makes me wish there was a Popeyes near me. The chicken was twice as thick as Wendy's, with a much better flavor to both the chicken and the coating.

Wrong. Chick-Fil-A has alternative options too. Grilled chicken items, wraps, and salads.

Yes. Their Grilled Chicken Club is delicious! My brothers worked their on the 80s and they always had healthier stuff.

Back to Fried Sandwiches…we tried McDonalds crispy chicken sandwich with buttery bun and pickles and it’s a damn good imitation of Chick-Fil-As. A little more crunch but great stuff.

Ridiculous. People spew venom over chicken sandwiches.

It’s hilarious when someone tries to tell another person ‘what tastes good’. Everyone has their own taste buds and there is no wrong answer. Anyone who tries to say otherwise just looks like an ***.

How bad do you think it would get with Rueben sandwiches?

"I don't like you. I don't like you even if you like the same things I like. In fact, I will like them less if you like them. On not like them at all!"

Runny, I am not sure there is a topic we can address that won't have some taking shots at others. Seems to be a reason for some to participate here.

Favorite Chicken Sandwich: Popeye's - it's just better than Chick-Fil-A and I love that one, too.
Favorite Chicken Sandwich Chain: Chick-Fil-A. Every fast food place should take lessons from them in customer service, cleanliness, and speed.

I've only had a bite of the KFC and have not had the Ch'King from BK so I can't rate these yet. The KFC one wasn't bad and that's my favorite fast food fried chicken. Can't wait to try an entire sandwich.

I would give Chick-fil-A the nod just based on cleanliness (same with In-and-Out burger too). Most of the Popeye’s I’ve visited seem sketchy to me like a franchise that hasn’t been visited by the owner in months.

I prefer to go into a ff place for just that reason. I check the people and the place out and have walked out after ordering several times.

Chick-Fil-A is obsessive about cleanliness and enforces that aggressively with their franchisees.

A guy at work told me I'm like a 5 year old because I don't like raw onions. ??????

Truth

I like Chick-fil-A fine, but every single chicken sandwich that's come out during these chicken wars has been better. I liked Popeyes, BK, KFC and even McDonalds better. That said, will they be as consistent? Every time I get a Chick-fil-A sandwich it's exactly the same no matter what city, parish, province, or state I'm in. I had one at my kids college campus a while back and it was just like home. I don't know that the other chains can pull off that consistency.
