that's the point he is blind too. all these great QBs had great talent around them. they didn't do it alone. the one great QB who hasn't been able to do it is Rodgers and he doesn't have all the great talent around him and he continuously falls short. he won't be satisfied until Dak, has a bunch of 7th round and UDFA at RB, WR and OL and we have the 32nd rank defense and win a championship and even then he will spin it somehow..its to a point it seems that its personal.

These guys dont understand football or the QB position. They are typically young fans that think its all about the QB. AS time goes on you learn that the QB is just the guy that gets all the blame or the credit. Football is the ultimate team sport. QB's dont play defense, special teams, and they cant do their job without proper blocking and weapons. Coaching matters too.

Its fine, I will just keep making these trolls look dumb. Aikman has as PERFECT a team around him as you would ever want.

outside of one or two, even the great Brady have always had great talent around them. they had benefit of great coaching and good defenses. no QB can do it alone, its what a QB can do when he has talent around him. the only one that I can think that has probably less talent around him than some of the others is Rodgers and he has failed and fallen short. but they complain to no end because Dak isn't considered Elite. they want Elite else it doesn't count. its not acceptable. its not good enough for them. when you ask them what's your solution then? you hear crickets....thats why as you said they are trolls. they just like to complain.

Nobody said Aikman wasn't surrounded by great talent.

The difference is Aikman didn't want to be the star like Dak does. He knew his role and played it to perfection. Aikman didn't care about his personal stats. He wanted to win. Dak could learn a thing or two from that.

Dak can do plenty wrong. I have said he is not elite. he does need good supporting case. he can do really great when he has that and maximize what resources he is given. that's what good QBs do.

I don't hate Dak. I'm realistic about Dak. I only look like a "hater" to people that OVERLY love him. When he does something worthy of all this praise that you and a few others have already bestowed onto him then I will be more then happy to admit it. You've crowned him for doing nothing.

LOL..........yep, and then they complain when a QB has to throw for 500 yards and 4 TD's and still loses. As if its the QB throwing a lot thats the problem.

As if had Dak just drove the bus and thrown for 250 yards and a 1 TD we would have won the game.

MountainCowGirl explained to me one day over an entire day how Dak was the reason we lost to Cleveland last year. First he tried to tell me it was Dak and the offense starting out slow. I quickly reminded him we were up 14-7 at the end of the first quarter. OOOOOPPPPSS!!!

Then he switched the narrative to garbage time stats. I had to quickly remind him AGAIN that the Cowboys were within 4 points with 2 minutes to go. All the defense had to do was stop Cleveland and we win the game. Too bad the defense allowed a 70 yard endaround TD on the first play.

Then he changed the narrative AGAIN saying that Dak and the offense score too fast for the defense to do their jobs properly.
