two decades of losing. coach in , coach out, players come, players go.

ummmm, what could be the problem? Two Decades...............just think about the fashion changes, and social/cultural changes etc etc, it takes 18 years to raise a child!! AOL was rolling out monthly unlimited internet for 50 bucks a month!! or something like that, the last time the Cowboys could be considered a winning franchise.

We dont even know it, but the younger adults/kids view the Dallas Cowboys as a big freaking ...............Joke! They get their schedules and count Dallas as a W for the upcoming season......or a team that , just wont be around.....

and they are right!

.............and another thing. How about you get rid of Rowdy? For the love of everything, he looks creepily like..................................something foul.

The stupid Jones family and their obsession with the red headed step child. They all make me sick. JG and skeletor couldn't coach pee wee football. And Dez Bryant has to be one of the stupidest ppl ever. Think about who in the heck buys a dam monkey???? This team is a complete dysfunctional joke !!!

I think most fans that have watched this team know that their is big problems they start with the front office and the head coach who is paid to be responsible for the product on the field its pretty apparent that its a huge fail. I personally don't think garrett is much of a head coach but like most have said whatever happens he will be here next season but after that he may be on the one year plan.

But seriously, what happens if/when Romo returns, wins us most of our remaining games, and we finish 8-8 or 7-9. Will Garrett still be bashed or revered for his turnaround of the season? It's hard to complain when we're winning.

EDIT*: I'm not a Garrett supporter, FWIW. I've never been a big fan and I don't think he's the right coach for this team. But I understand that most great coaches won't come here because of Jerry, and that Garrett is the perfect smiley-faced puppet for him.

I just don't see how he's not back next season after we inevitably win most of our remaining games on our easy schedule now that Romo is returning to the helm. How do you fire a coach who just won 6 of his last 7 games?

As much as I would like to have woken up this morning and seeing big headline Garret Fired! It's not going to happen. To much money owed.
If we come back and win the rest of our games Jerry will use the Romo excuse same as the JG supporters here will. While I understand that Romo IS
the brightest star on this team I can't understand not winning ONE game in which we lead going in the last quarter. It just doesn't make sense.
And that lays at the feet of the HC.
Garrett would be unemployed if he wasn't part of the Jones family.

This is the one single mega thread for the Fan Zone where you can bash Jerry Jones, Jason Garrett, Rod Marinelli and any other coach or front office position you want.

All threads and posts made outside this thread will be deleted.

August 22, that is some foresight o_O.

The real question about Garrett and the Cowboys:

Was 2014 the mirage, or is 2015 the mirage??

We'll get our answer-either way-these last seven games with Romo back.

Not just money. Ego. JG is Jerry's hand-picked coach. He 'groomed' him and 'trained' him and if he wins a Superbowl with him, no one anywhere can take anything away from Jerry. Unlike what he felt happened with the Jimmy SBs. That's why the moment Garrett had the slightest whiff of success the checkbook came out and he was locked up for a ludicrous 5 year extension. That's why last year's 12-4 is going to give Garrett every excuse to fail for years before anything is done about it.

Honestly I think Romo could come back and we could lose out the whole rest of the way and the only thing that will change will be possibly Marinelli (if a Great Sacrifice is needed), or more likely some more poor slob lesser assistant coaches. But Garrett is the Anointed One who will bring Jerry his rightful greatness Jimmy stole from him.

Plus he'll be damned if he's going back to walking on eggshells with a more experienced coach again. After all, Jerry has been doing his best work...

Experts everywhere said the 49er's had the worst off seasons in league history (possibly in all of sports history) and most would agree. They went the cowboy standard 8-8 last year.

We went 13-4, inches away from an NFC championship appearance against a team we already beat.

.....The 49er's have a better record at the moment.....

A collective failure from top to bottom.
