Is it me or does Tyron look a little thin there?
Nope, he's just built that way. Looks more like a defensive end than the usual offensive lineman.
He won't make it outside top 35.
He Fitts right in, ey?
He's a sound tackler, but he looks a little sluggish. Looks like a late round guy with potential.
I agree, he the best dt i saw this year, he was a dominating beast in the playoffs, hes has larry allenesque legendary weight room strength too, hes the only dt that really excites me, other guys to inconsistent for me. Bring the PAYNE!!!
Vander Esch will be going late 1st or early 2nd. No way he makes it to Dallas at 50.
Not sure where you're getting that late rounds guy with potential stuff.
Someone will be getting the next Sean Lee without (hopefully) the injury issues. The guy has an uncanny ability to see the play unfolding and work his way through the trash to make plays in the backfield. He can also drop back in coverage and make plays too.
I would love to see him fall to #50, but it is just not going to happen---he's too good
FYI: CBSS just mocked Vander Esch to Dallas at #19 because they expect him to blow up the combine with his athleticism.
He is not sluggish.
No burst. No explosiveness. He's a great zone guy, tho, and a good tackler. Just not 1st rd material to me.
I’ll be surprised if he goes in the first as well as it sits today.
I think it all comes down to the combine for LVE.
I like Tremaine Edmunds. My opinion on the LB core coming out this year isn't very high, anyhow. Not an elite group. A lot of potential guys, and guys with holes. Tremaine is the only guy they mention that to me has a high ceiling, if he's a good study.
Or a high scoring Scrabble play.
