Jerry announces Garrett will be part of the organization in some way to be determined. Lol.

There’s nothing really funny about that statement. I’ve been predicting that since last year. Jerry will let his contract run out and offer him a front office position. No painful separation and Garrett saves face as well. If he wants to pursue coaching elsewhere, Jerry will give him his blessing and tell him a front office job is waiting for him whenever he wants it.

some here in this thread are saying that Jerry may wait until JG's contract runs out so he can then hire him to front office and save face for JG. I know this is opinion/speculation but couple questions: when does his contract "officially" end? and why in the world would waiting til the contract is officially over stop Jerry from just promoting him to a front office position? I don't think waiting would save any more "face" than just doing it now would.
