There's a place on I 45 between DAL and HOU called Woody's and they were the first to start making the exotic jerky's but they were pricey was well.

We should start our own beef jerky company, to ensure quality and value. I’ve already come up with a brand name, too. I wanted something profound, so I thought “...circle of life, circle of friends, may the circle be unbroken, circle back, etc....”
