Professional athletes should not need motivation...that kind of goes with the definition of the term professional.

I thought the term professional usually goes with GETTING PAID and getting away from that amature(sp?) status....I could be wrong here.

but for crying out loud, just because these guys get paid a lot of money to play a game does not mean they do not need to be motivated in other ways.

I mean I basically live paycheck to paycheck, but I still need to find reasons to be motivated to wake up and go to work.

a) Fat Boy is back...not going to hit because we have to tackle in preseason games. Are you kidding me. Have you not watched how fundamentally crap this team is by half assing stuff?

b) The idiot GM stating the stadium will add to victory totals...what?!?!? Hell we couldn't even step up in the last game at Texas Stadium, but a new one that pampers them even more will help?

and c) Not making the playoffs will motivate us. You are freekin' professional athletes...you need to be motivated to win?!?!?!?!?!? You sure as hell weren't motivated last year against Philly to get in to the playoffs and that was 1 game, but now you can do it for 16?

Under this leadership?

I know that I am going to be pissed when I go to Tampa, I just know it...ugh...............................

sorry Wade didnt impress you the FIRST DAY OF CAMP ...wow.... speaking of hack journalism...... you really sound like one of them now.....if you are looking for negative there will always be negative.....maybe you should look at the GOOD things that have and are happening......less distractions, less drama, more focus, troubled players jettisoned, Wade being more demanding and completely overseeing Defense, more focus on special teams , more focus on running game, more focus on team.......

but hey you could always go down there and yell at them while they practice ...maybe that will work

Ever since people stobbed showering this guy with rose petals, because he yelled at a reporter, and got attention for acting like a crazy person, he's been posting drivel after drivel of negativity to try to rile people up.

The act wore old like 10 minutes after your original show. For me anyway, and that's just my two cents.

You are going to get bashed for not being a homer. But I agree with you for the most part. Jerry is a wack job. Camp cupcake is a joke and us not winning in years is not a motivation...it's a disgrace.

get a real coach in there and let the weak die off like they deserve. We need a winner at the helm. We need Leaders at the front and soldiers in the battle field. Look at the steelers and follow suit. We have the talent to do it, but not the leadership. Please I pray to god, that this team wakes up.

not to pile on the guy, but I was embarrassed he was a cowboys' fan the way he acted to Werder. I didn't like being associated with that type of action.

Let alone the fact that what Werder was saying was proven out to be true and ultimately the yelling guy was made into a fool, and even worse is that he is proud of how he acted and seems to dismiss that as it turns out he was completely wrong and Werder was right.

I had people at other sites I post at bring this guy up and then lump me in with him and make fun of me for weeks. Wasn't cool.
