The "True" Dallas Pre Season

sorry Wade didnt impress you the FIRST DAY OF CAMP ...wow.... speaking of hack journalism...... you really sound like one of them now.....if you are looking for negative there will always be negative.....maybe you should look at the GOOD things that have and are happening......less distractions, less drama, more focus, troubled players jettisoned, Wade being more demanding and completely overseeing Defense, more focus on special teams , more focus on running game, more focus on team.......

but hey you could always go down there and yell at them while they practice ...maybe that will work

Actually Wade hasn't impressed me since day 1 of his reign, not training camp. But of course his track record proves he's a winner (oops) and a bye is the same as a playoff win.

So you are right. Let's look at the good things. We won 9 games last year. We almost made the playoffs. TO and Romo had good numbers. We choose not to fire any coaches until after the season. And we have made improvements by getting rid of the guys that were brought in here because they were originally thought to be improvements a year ago...

Yup...good point. Why would I criticize this thinking?

By the way...you don't get upset at good things...that's why they're good. You get upset, and correct bad things. That's why theyre bad...we are doign the same things as in the past...but if 8-8 is cool with you. So be it.

that was completely real and not played up at all, it was embarrassing.

I don't like when fans of the cowboys act out in ways that make us all look bad.

sorry that I care about that kinda stuff.

So sorry I offended you...actually wait. I really could care less. Have a good day.

Ever since people stobbed showering this guy with rose petals, because he yelled at a reporter, and got attention for acting like a crazy person, he's been posting drivel after drivel of negativity to try to rile people up.

The act wore old like 10 minutes after your original show. For me anyway, and that's just my two cents.

Wow. So accurate. Well Doctor I think it started when I was young. I wanted a red firetruck but instead...My mother never gave me attention!!!!

Actually since you are quite the expert at analyzing me...analyze this. Little things matter. For example practicing like you play. So that I don't know...you don't bget a too many men on the field penalty that costs you a game...no sure how that happened in this disciplined coaching staff.

But of course. Say it's only the first day. It's no big deal. It will be okay. We have a great stadium, etc. I get irratated with the overall apathy that has crept in to this once great franchise and is now coddled so an owner can play with this team like his toy (which sadly he has the right to do). You can get mad at me, or blame me, or claim I want 10 minutes of fame whatever...

I want wins...so like I said earlier...enjoy wearing that tee shirt that says "got 5" well in to the season as you recall the glory years during the first Clinton administration.

Your Stupid.....Dont bother going to Tampa. We dont need you. LoL.

I could give a rats ***

Go Boys. And I love the new stadium....100,000 fans packed in (including me in section 439) will help us I believe. Its going to be one of the toughest & loudest stadiums.

I would comment except that your state is officially my college's *****. :)

[John Madden]Here's a guy who knows exactly what it takes to win in the NFL, and is not starved for attention at all. You can tell because he is loud and obnoxious and buys tickets to Cowboys games.[/John Madden]

That's gotta leave a mark.

Listen ...... cant you understand that people do not want to here doom and gloom on the first few days of camp?

What do you think you are accomplishing trying to bring down other peoples enthusiasm and excitement for the new year?

So either you are just trying to get some attention like some on here think ..... or its a misery loves company deal.

Please ...... just give it a rest until you are right ..... then you can crow all you want.

wow...didn't know I had such power...you have made me a diety...thanks. And as far as being right...you have no idea how much I hope I am WRONG...

Yup...and a great way to set a precedent...but you probably thought the loss to New Orleans a few years ago was just "one loss." Unfortunately it exposed the entire defense to a league...

That's okay though...settle for mediocrity and the status quo.

You and I both are going to have to "settle" for whatever happens, because we are both fans and have no direct say as to what goes on on the field. Sorry to remind you of that. You obviously were not a member of the board back during that NO game or you would realize that no one on here thought that at all. If you weren't so caught up in trying to get some attention and actually read what posters here are saying you would know that info.

Forgive all of us regular non-fruitcake fans for actually wanting to enjoy training camp and the actual games of the season before we have meltdowns. I would suggest some preperation H and an ice pack to ease the pain of your season long butt-hurt parade.

Pollyanna.

I may not know what it takes to win in the nfl but after seeing last season I know what it takes not too...oh, and we are having that same start...don't let that get in the way of your rose colore glasses though. Keep living in the 90's and things will be great.

Was that a reply to superpunk or John Madden?

a) You are forgiven,

b) No I wasn't a member...I guess that means I lose my card now,

and c) I have heard prep h is not really good for you.

Thanks for realizing I am trying to get attention however. I guess you did read the board that i wasn't...darn my claim to fame is ruined, ruined I tell you...arghhhhh.

Nope...no marks...I was protected by wearing my 5th ring sweatshirt...thankfully...

Wow, I got that back in the mid 90's...but that's okay...every successful team goes through a 2, 3, 12 year slide that fans think is okay.

Poor guy. The shills loved you when you were beating up on the "mediots." See how quickly they turned on you? Free advice: if you want to be loved around here, lie through your teeth.

not sure...i'm getting it from all sides here...trying to beat the status quo out of everyone and losing to the ghost of "it's only the 1st day," followed by "it's only 1 loss," followed by "it's only the schedule," followed by "well at least we've been to the most super bowls ever!"

Hey...comes with the teritory. Despite the calls that I look for attention this board is actually an outlet of frustration for me. It's theraputic. And even though I sometime disagree...ESPECIALLY NOW..with these guys, we are still cowboys fans, still want the best for the team, and still cheer just as hard for them on Sundays.

I like the differing opinions. Even though I have made it a joke I do not, nor will I ever, think that playing soft guy to your team is the right approach.

My guess is that it was to superpunk. Madden's got you pegged.
