not to pile on the guy, but I was embarrassed he was a cowboys' fan the way he acted to Werder. I didn't like being associated with that type of action.

Let alone the fact that what Werder was saying was proven out to be true and ultimately the yelling guy was made into a fool, and even worse is that he is proud of how he acted and seems to dismiss that as it turns out he was completely wrong and Werder was right.

I had people at other sites I post at bring this guy up and then lump me in with him and make fun of me for weeks. Wasn't cool.

The way some members on this board talk, the Cowboys should just remove themselves from the league. I don't post all that often, I just read some of the posts and laugh. It's day TWO and people have already written this team off. I too want to see them win, as I've been a fan for some 31 years now, but I'm always optimistic at the start of training camp. Some members say that you'll get crucified if you're not a homer. Being a homer has absolutely nothing to with it. Some members are simply not happy unless they have something NEGATIVE to say about the team. I mean it's day TWO folks!

Anyone claiming "no contact" is either ignorant or wanting to create some drama for attention. "Full contact to the point of the tackle" is simple enough to understand. Consider the sources (Mosely, etc.).

Could you imagine losing Felix for the year due to an overzealous camp body getting there a smidgen late? Now that would be worth griping about.

Believe what you want, but the "true" colors of a leaderless ship are showing their ugly face again:

a) Fat Boy is back...not going to hit because we have to tackle in preseason games. Are you kidding me. Have you not watched how fundamentally crap this team is by half assing stuff?

b) The idiot GM stating the stadium will add to victory totals...what?!?!? Hell we couldn't even step up in the last game at Texas Stadium, but a new one that pampers them even more will help?

and c) Not making the playoffs will motivate us. You are freekin' professional athletes...you need to be motivated to win?!?!?!?!?!? You sure as hell weren't motivated last year against Philly to get in to the playoffs and that was 1 game, but now you can do it for 16?

Under this leadership?

I know that I am going to be pissed when I go to Tampa, I just know it...ugh...............................

Sorry to be negative but I don't see any changes yet in the true thing that matters. The people running the show.

Then sell your tickets so a fan who is cheering the team on can go, evidently you know you are not going to enjoy the game so why bother.

I would add you want some good physical play in practice but unlike games there is no 2 days off afterwards to allow players to heal they will be back out there in the afternoon or the following day. This is camp and if you have full contact every single practice it is going to be damn hard to field a close to healthy team when the games are for real. There is a balance and even in the camps I went to under Jimmy Johnson, Emmitt Smith was not being exposed to a lot of hits during camp.

That's what the Rams & Raiders did when they played in the LA Coliseum, otherwise they couldn't televise any homegames.

Not saying the Cowboys won't sellout 80-100K seats, just wondering if Jerry has considered the possibility . . .

If there are scattering of individual seats then yes they will not place the blackout. Since that is all that are left the people in Dallas should not have an issue with blackouts
