@CATCH17 is a prophet. Similar Results.....
That's very flawed and incomplete data from which to draw conclusions about the 2 QBs and how the offense performed with them.
For example, in the Cowboys worst scoring performance under Dak as the QB the team would have been 14 points better than the 3 Cincy put up yesterday. On the other hand, in Dak's 2 wins the team had to outscore 34 points in one game, and 39 in the other.
Which brings us to a discussion of defense. In Dak's 2 wins the Cowboys had to beat opponents that collectively scored 73 total points but in Dalton's 2 wins the opponents only collecitevley scored 31 points. Accordingly, the Cowboy defense worked to the team's advantage in Dalton's wins, but was terrible and had to be overcome in Dak's wins.
Which leads to a look at offensive output under Dak and Dalton. In Dak's losses the team scored an average of 28.7 ppg, and in Dalton's losses the team averaged 11.5 ppg, which means Dak and the offense scored plenty to win the games lost, but Dalton and the offense didn't score enough in the games they lost to even have a chance.
In all of Dak's starts the team averaged 32.6 ppg, and in games Dalton started the team has averaged 17.8 ppg. In fact, the Cowboys haven't even had one game since Dak went out in which they scored as much as the team average in the games Dak played.
