That was clearly PI.

He was down before he caught the ball because the Philly defender was already tackling him.

Refs were awful today.

And neither of the commentators pointed that out.

I'm beginning to believe these conspiracy theories about the NFL playing a major influence in the outcomes of games for sports betting purposes.
In game speed it doesn’t look like PI and that’s what the refs are watching, if that was Philly TE you would say great play. What needs to go is the illegal contact rule it’s the worst rule besides the QB roughing rule. It’s not the refs it’s the incompetence of a HC that has promised to fix the penalty problems for 3 years.

So the refs can see jersey tugs by the cowboys but can't see Philly players draped over our receivers?
They can't see holds on Micah Parsons? Why did they pick that flag up near the end of the game?

Ignoring the talking before getting the ball part...why are we running plays shy of the endzone?

That's some JG stupidity
Rookie ****. Also as Olsen pointed out don't he broadcast, the other TE has to do a better job running his route that makes Blankenship have to go over the top of him which would have given more separation

The loser / Charlie Brown mentality on this forum is insane.

It's simply beyond the comprehension of most here, that if you were an EAGLES fan...and if you re-watched the game, you'd find an equal amount of calls or non calls that favored the Cowboys. They just can't accept that. That if all the calls had been made absolutely perfectly....then the bad calls on the Cowboys (the ones being whined about in here) would completely even out with the bad calls/missed Dallas penalties/holds that hurt the eagles......and the final score difference would be the same.

People LITERALLY think , in a 16 or 17 game season....with playoffs as well.....that we come out on the short end of all the games. Loser mentality. Whiner mentality.

The calls on this game evened out.

And on the games where we get the short end of the stick, those games are evened out over the course of the season by other games where WE (believe it or not) came out ON TOP in the flag category.

Waaannnnhhhhhhhhh snfff snffff
Waaaaannnnhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!

We need to own the loss in a close game....and leave the whining/crying/Charlie browning behind. It's just weak looking

You know how you lose respect for other teams when they also whine and cry like they were victimized? Why do we want to look like those weenie sissies? Because that's what 80% of the people in here are doing.

10:58 for the front view in the video..

First of all, that was the play design by McCarthy, meaning it was going to Schoonmaker from the beginning.

Second, no it was absolutely not pass interference. The DB was playing the ball the whole time, there was no turning the hips, the way the throw was, Schoonmaker was going down irrespective.

Dak had a free blitzer coming right at him. He didn't have a chance to go to his second read which most likely would have been Cooks. It's clear Schoon was the 1st read on that play by the way Dak is looking to that side. Had Fergy ran a better rub or had Schoon not get tackled before the happened it would have been an easy TD.

This presumes Dak was aware of the blitz, which he was not, as he was looking at Schoonmaker the whole time and going there irrespective. That’s plenty enough time to make the throw, which he did..

You also forget the refs gave the Cowboys half the distance to the goal on the personal foul, meaning your claim of an agenda in this case doesn’t wash.

They also ruled it a TD at first. By your logic, they knew they were going to overturn it anyways…

Are you on drugs? Half of what you posted don't make any sense and has nothing to do with my post.

Of course it does..

1. The video clearly shows Dak was looking at his first read the whole time and he threw it with plenty of time. The second Reed excuse doesn’t wash.

2. Schoon was falling to the ground because of the throw. He wasn’t tackled, the defender was playing the ball while Schoon was going down because of the throw and his knee hit. There was no penalty either.

Trying to absolve Dak like it was a guaranteed TD if everything went right and Dak has shown some ability to process the field in such a magical manner after 8 years is what is the very definition of being “on drugs”..

Schoon wasn't being tackled before the ball got there? LOL.

And it's obvious you have no clue what going through the progression even means.

Because often the end zone is fully of defenders?
I think the play was designed for him to break at the goal line, which he did but to catch the ball he had to turn slightly away. The point is, if he wasn't tackled before the ball arrived it would have been a TD. I mean he had a defender on his legs before the ball got there.

Because it wasn’t hands to the face it.was incidental hands to the face mask with no pulling and they were removed immediately just like you see RBs do all the time, know the rules . Missed the hold on MP but I see you have no complaints about illegal contact, just another whiner looking for excuses. Dallas was in position to win and blotched it up in a big way, just the way it is.

No, he wasn’t being tackled.. and it was ruled a TD first, so thinking the refs were fixing the game is comical. And I do now what going through progressions is and Dak was only going to number 1 in his progressions, as anybody with eyes can watch him from the snap looking at Schoon the whole time, even when he’s thrown the ball. The blitz had no impact on Dak going where he was going..

The officiating was awful. With some of the calls they made it's hard to resist the urge to say the fix was in. How do you ignore such a blatant PI right on the goal line in front of the whole world but throw a flag on Gilmore for merely establishing position on Brown and slowing down as is his right. Nowhere in the rule book does it say the defender has to get out of the receiver's way. Terrible call. As was the noncalled hold on Micah, the picked up hands to the face on Gallup and the uncalled blow to the head on Dak. The Cowboys got jobbed.. and will continue to get jobbed as long as Goodell is commissioner. No one will ever convince me different.

You are coached to throw it to the number 1 progression FIRST if it looks open. That's why it's called #1 progression. Duh.

And if he did try to go to his second progression which looks like it's Cooks, he would have been whacked and several bad things could have happened. And you and other clueless posters will be complaining about him going to Cooks. Learn how football works.

Right because the Cowboys should execute every play knowing they will have to overcome crappy officiating. Makes perfect sense.
