Gimme a few months I will have one.

Same here.

I'm actually going to try and save 5 thousand between now and April.

Between my new job, tax returns, and a odd job that may pay up to a thousand I think I can do it.

I want as small of loan as possible. Like 13 to 15 thousand.

I'm new to the car dealing world. I still drive my 97 f150 that I bought in 2003.

So any tips or advice I can get on how to buy a car and what I need to try and negotiate in a deal would be greatly appreciated.

I'm a noob in the car dealing world.0

Omgosh, I'm glad I wasn't drinking something when I read that or I'd have it out my nose by now.

Why don't you get a part time job riding on the Sooner Schooner?

Thats the thing. Your not going to win. You're playing a team with just as good of athletes with better coaching.

When was the last time OU beat a team with that kind of talent and not got completely shown up?

Florida has better defense

Better Special teams

OU has a better offense but can they adjust if things don't go well? I know Florida can but I can't say that about OU.

How will Sam Bradford react if he faces a consistent pressure.

Playing in a conference like the big 12 that has horrid defenses hurts you when you step on the field against a premiere College defense like Florida.

OU turns into Tech / Mizzou when they face a team with = talent.

Defense wins Championships. Even Fake ones.

I'd love to add the Cowboys blue and white helmet stripe down the middle and Cowboys stars on each side of that truck.

This is the model I have. Love it...except for paying for it.

I have a 2006 Black Nissan Titan named Witten. I know Titans didn't compete well with the other big trucks, but I love my truck. In the 3 years that I have had him I haven't had a single problem. The mods for the wheelchair doors at first gave me some problems, but those have been fixed for quite sometime. I wanted a BLUE truck, but the Titan version of blue was butt ugly so I went with black and I love how the chrome stands out on it. I totally love the 6 inch lift and fender flares! I hope to someday be able to afford rims.

You can't go wrong with a Ford F-150. The best full size truck on the planet. Period.

I wish I hadn't traded mine in.

I've had one now for about a year, and I hate this truck. For my job, I get a new vehicle every year, and I've had all three US trucks - twice since 2002.

1. Chevy
2. Dodge
3. Ford (and a distant one at that) The only positive is, it has more room in the backseat than the other two.

Given I have a family of 4 the 4 door version makes more sense for me, but one the kids are out of the house and it's just me and the Mrs. that would be my kind of truck.

You pay for a Toyota, but you get what you pay for. My 2004 Tacoma is a nice truck.

Hey Kristi, I didn't know you were in a wheelchair. Can I ask you a question or 2 because my Mom is too? Does the ramp loading under the truck like that interfere in any way for you? I think the concept is a lot nicer than the vans that have the ramp that folds up inside the van. Just wondering because you are giving up some clearance and it is also located near driveshaft, transmission, etc. So I was wondering if that causes any issues.

I like your Cowboys mods, especially the grille. Nice truck.

The ramp/lift underneath doesn't clear any curbs so you can't park next to those. With the 6 inch lift my truck is 7ft tall so parking ramps are usually out, but I don't have any problems with the lift underneath hitting anything. I'm very careful around potholes, dips, etc.

The only problem I have with the lift underneath is SNOW gets packed on it big time and living in South Dakota snow can't be avoided. I try to knock it off as best I can with whatever I can find. I got an ice chunk in it last winter and totally shut down the lift and I was outside of it. They had to pull it apart to get it realigned, etc. Having a lift inside prevents the snow and ice from doing any damage.

You mention the driveshaft, transmission, etc. My truck is only a 2WD. No one believes me when they see the size of my truck, but the 4WD Titan had too much "stuff" (sorry, I'm not a car girl nor do I know terms) for them to be able to convert the 4WD Titan, but they did convert a 4WD Chevy. I just did not like the looks of the Chevy truck at all and my rule of thumb is if I need to use 4WD, than I probably shouldn't be out in that type of weather. Usually, the case is if I could get there in a 4WD, chances are the parking lot, sidewalks, etc. wouldn't be shoveled so I'd still be stuck. It's hard to wheel in snow!!

They do make the conversion in a Dodge Megacab, Chevy, GMC, and I believe they are still doing it in a Suburban. I don't think they will be doing anymore Titans since I think 09 was the last year of production of the Titan if I remember correctly. If you want to know more check out www.rynomobility.com That's MY Titan as one of their models on their page. They are pricey. With all my mods mine was $53,000, but really not that much more than a van and it's WAY cooler looking. That doesn't include the grille and all the other extra mods I bought for him. The people at Ryno are great!

I love my truck, but at times I miss having a van solely for the room they have. Short distances we can do 4 people in the truck, but long distances 3, and it's really uncomfortable for the person who is stuck in the back. It's good for me now as my bf and I are going on a year in March, but one day when I have kids I'll be getting a van. For now, I will enjoy my truck!
